    I’m in day two of a 16 hour online seminar for my professional license renewal. It is miserable. Normally they make you clicks slides or email code words so they can confirm participation but they aren’t doing it this time. So, I keep it rolling in the background on mute or low volume and am plowing through my to do list that I haven’t be able to get to at work (including putting together furniture and hanging pictures. I just moved offices). 99% of it is old men telling war stories and I just can’t deal.

    Not Friday but loving this lol. I think I gained like 5 lbs this weekend from birthday eatin'. Planning on being healthy but no regrets about going nuts this weekend! Some highlights are Samin's buttermilk chicken, coffee ice cream cake, steak salad (fully cooked!). Sorry not sorry.
