R/R: Sooooo happy it's Friday!! I definitely need to do laundry this weekend and plan out a small Thanksgiving. I was thinking about making mini pies since it's just us. We usually have apple, strawberry rhubarb, pecan, and pumpkin at our gatherings. I don't really care about pumpkin pie but I love all the others. I can't justify 3 regular sized pies for just us so I'm thinking mini pies might be my solution. This way, we can still have all 3 varieties but won't have pie go to waste or be forced to eat it all and gain 20 pounds 🤣. Anyone ever make mini pies?

R/R: Seconding that I'm so happy this Friday. I have a bunch of deadlines this today, so the weekend will be nice. House is a mess and I think I will actually enjoy cleaning just because it's not working!!
CS/Q: I think O day was CD21, but I'll wait for one more high temp to switch over
@gingermama29 I’ve never made a mini pie but now I want to! I’m going to look into this too since we will also be celebrating at home. I might order these! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I3EQASU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_gj-TFbZAA9C6S
@fameonmain2 enjoy getting past your deadlines and having the weekend to unwind!

R/R: 👎🏻👎🏻 I’m back. In case you weren’t following TWW I was possibly exposed to covid at work (Someone tested positive, I sat in a 5 hour meeting with someone who was in direct contact with her, I wore a mask the whole time but that person didn’t at all). So we are cancelling the plans we had this weekend (seeing DH’s family to celebrate a birthday). Then unrelated to that incident, my parents decided to bring us thanksgiving instead of having us over. We were supposed to see my family next Sunday also to celebrate a birthday but it sounds like they aren’t going to want to do. On Black Friday we were supposed to go to my SILs (another birthday) so we decided to make a clean sweep and back out of that too. All 5 kids in both of our families have birthdays within two months of each other so this is a big time of year for celebrations and parties (even though we were keeping everything within immediate families, everyone is having separate parties for each side of the family, etc so it already wasn’t really the same) and it just really really sucks. I’m having a major pity party about it and the AF hormones aren’t helping. I’m hoping to take this weekend to sit down and make some plans to really make this time of year special and also covid-safe. But for today I’m wallowing 😢
CS/Q:
@fameonmain2 I had every intention of cleaning yesterday and it didn’t happen. Maybe tomorrow because today is full of other activities.
@bows22 I’m sorry all your plans got canceled.

WAYDTGKU: Temping with TD, tracking CM, I was planning to do OPKs but I just realized h the ones I have expired and I’m not going to buy any right now. If this cycle is a bust I will for next cycle.
R/R: I got to sleep in today and it felt great. We are starting the weekend early today. I have had issues with my puppy chewing everything. He chews the walls, baseboards, cabinets, furniture, shoes, clothes, blankets. Basically anything he can reach with his mouth. So I have been trying to get all his energy out with a ball. I think it’s working. We play fetch until he is too cold or too tired to chase the ball anymore. I have never had a dog that chews like this so this is all new to me.
CS/Q: I’m just hoping we can get a few hearts in before O. It looks like we may but I’m also accepting the possibility it may not work out.
@fameonmain2 enjoy your weekend not working!
@bows22 wallow for a bit but you'll feel good knowing you did what was best to keep everyone safe and healthy. It's just one year and hopefully next year we'll be back to our regular holiday craziness and wishing we had the slow down of this year.

R/R: I am super busy at work so I need to get off TB and I'm really behind on everything at home just like @fameonmain2 so hopefully I can find some time to get everything done this weekend. I need to make a grocery list for our small thanksgiving and Christmas cookies so we can go shopping this weekend. I should probably also start thinking about gifts which I haven't done since the last time I said I needed to do that.

@bows22 oh no friend, I'm so sorry you're back over here. And ugh I'm so sorry about the possible exposure at work. I hope you're in the clear bit I think you're definitely making the right choice to forego those events. It sucks though. Hugs to you.
@emeraldcity1214 DH does the vast majority of the cooking here too which is nice! I'm definitely the baker in the family (though he is fully capable). Sorry about all the puppy chewing. Hopefully you can wear him out today.
@krash_ ahhh I haven't started thinking about gifts yet either. I feel so behind on everything.
@emeraldcity1214 puppy monster! It sounds like you're on it with the ball. We haven't used this, but have you ever tried the bitter apple stuff to spray on furniture? We always had to be extra clean and make sure everything was off the floor when our dog was a puppy. We are so much lazier now that she doesn't chew anymore...
@krash_ I also should not be on TB and should be finishing up my work but for whatever reason I've been lurking *hard* today. Anyways, I hope your shopping is quick and easy! I tried to go to TJMaxx last week and left the store because the checkout line was all the way out to the back of the store...
@krash_ I’m so behind with everything at home too, I need to get my act together. Hopefully we both report back on Monday with productive weekends
