    Upcoming appointments: Had one today, couldn’t find the heartbeat with the Doppler so I did an in office ultrasound.  Baby was moving and had a heartbeat of 162.
    How are you feeling?: Pretty good.  Just tired.
    Rants: Still looking for a job which sucks and was told this afternoon I was exposed to COVID this weekend so that also sucks.
    Raves: Took the NIPT today, so we will know the sex soon.
    Questions: None right now.
    GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Mashed Potatoes.

    Upcoming appointments: 11/16 - 12 week appointment. Will do the NIPT blood draw.
    How are you feeling?: Tired. DS was up at 5:30 with an accident. Hoping the nausea starts to fade soon!
    Rants/Raves: Can't wait for my appointment next week. I really want the NIPT results so we can tell DS. Excited to start planning for Thanksgiving dinner. I love hosting. Hoping to have some energy back by then :blush:

    GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Sausage stuffing, and gravy. Everything tastes better with gravy!

    @kristah2 I'm team green, but its not my choice!

    Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a prune
    Upcoming appointments: bloodwork this thursday and next to monitor my hormones as I wean off the IVF meds.  Next OB isn't until 12/3
    How are you feeling?: pretty good, fatigue is the biggest issue
    Rants/Raves: none
    Questions: So my next OB appointment is at 13.5 weeks, they couldn't get me in the week before because of thanksgiving.  I know 12 weeks is normally the "safe" point to tell people but I feel nervous without having another ultrasound under my belt.  On the flip side if I'm not going to get an ultrasound I kind of figure why wait until 12 weeks?  I should just start telling people now!  What do you guys think?

    @ellieemc26 totally up to you when you tell people! We’re waiting until the ultrasound to tell more extended family but we told our parents (all 3 sets) a week after we found out and we told our best friends around week 10.

    Upcoming appointments: December 4 for NT scan.
    How are you feeling?: blah, like crap still. The afternoons are the worst part of the day. And I am so tired. 
    Rants/Raves: three year old did not want to sleep last night so I'm even more tired for being up past 11. I have been calling asleep around 9 most nights as I'm tired. 
    Questions: NATM
    GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? We usually do a ham covered in bacon held on by cloves and then add a sauce to all of it to carmelize the bacon so it doesn't burn after a few hours. Omg it's the best but oh so bad for you. We only do this on TG so it's still special to us. 

    @kristah2 I wish we were team green. I convinced DH for our first pregnancy to be team green and he said he would be if our next we could find out. I agreed and then he politely 🤣 reminded me we are finding out this one. I'm still holding off as long as possible, as I don't want to know.

    @mrsrundmc yikes on covid exposure! Do you have to get tested? 
    @DoubleUp8 I’m excited to plan thanksgiving, too! Hoping my nausea is gone by then so I can eat all the things. 
    @klj0228 hope you had a good appointment today :) 
    @kristah2 team green over here! Did NIPT with DS and were team green then as well. There’s a box you have to check if you want to know the sex. They told us that if we didn’t check it they wouldn’t even send it to the doc. Planning on NIPT again this time, too. 
    @ellieemc26 yay for weaning off meds! I tend to be of the “tell people sometime after the baby is born” mindset, so I’m probably no help on that question. That said, we haven’t told anyone yet this time, and waited pretty late to announce with DS. Will likely wait until after NIPT results this time. 
    @tilournextadventure I’ve been going to bed super early, too. DS is working on his 2 year molars and sleep is hit or miss. Hope you get some rest tonight!

    How are you feeling?: evening have been worse than mornings lately, though I had about 45 minutes this evening where I didn’t feel terrible, so of course I was convinced something was wrong. Sigh. Back to feeling blah and can’t wait for my Thursday appointment! 
    Rants/Raves: I don’t work tomorrow and I have so many errands planned. First day I don’t work but do have childcare since June!

    GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Ooh, I love thanksgiving! Probably the appetizers, though. We do blue cheese and bacon stuffed dates and stuffed mushrooms. Oh and pies. Planning on making 3 anyway this year, even though it’ll just be us (we usually host). Mmm, pies.

    Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of:  almost a golf ball!? 

    Upcoming appointments: 11/17 for 12 week appt

    How are you feeling?: better surprisingly,  still super exhausted and running on fumes.  Nausea is getting better but still very apparent.  

    Rants/Raves: I’ve got signed on for the natera site so you can bet I’m checking that all the time.  I’m hoping it tells me when they sent the results to the provider!

    Questions: none atm

    GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Mashed potatos and gravy!  Or maybe smoked Turkey with said gravy?  Maybe just a bowl of gravy lol 😂

    Upcoming appointments: next week for an ultrasound! So excited! 
    How are you feeling?: okay. 
    Rants/Raves: we had our flu shots today. There was no where to sit so we had to get them standing including my 4year old and 23 month old(though I held her) but the kids didn’t even flinch. Not a tear or a whimper. I’m so impressed with them! 
    Questions: none right now. 
    GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Ohh probably the turkey. Or dressing. Really the whole thing. Yum! I’m Canadian so we had our dinner early October but I wish Canada would adopt American thanksgiving since I feel like it really kicks off the Christmas season. Black Friday also isn’t the same when it’s just a random day.

    How are you feeling?: like crap. Been so tired and irritable, to top it off I’ve had no sense of taste or smell plus a slight headache the last three days so even though I’ve had no know exposure, I went and got tested for Covid today just to be on the safe side. 
    Rants/Raves: see above - hoping I don’t have the ‘rona. 
    Questions: natm
    GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Sweet potato casserole or stuffing or tater tot casserole. Heck, I just love all the sides!!

    @kristah2 I did NIPT so I could find out it I want. I told the dr to put it in my chart when the results come and just let me decide if I want to open or not. I am still teetering between finding out and team green. Mostly because it really bothers people to not know. We found out last time but kept it a secret until third trimester and still didn’t tell everyone. 
    @ellieemc26 we have told pretty much all the people we see regularly. With me being so sick we knew we couldn’t hide it. I am considering telling more soon, but I also love a good secret.
    @mamakate2011 yikes with those symptoms! I hope you come back negative. When will you get results.

    We found out on both our others. 
    Our first I wanted to find out and DH didn’t. He talked me in to team green then at our anatomy scan he blurted out to the tech “what’s the sex?!” So we found out. 
    The second we decided early on we would find out at an anatomy scan, which we did. 

    We have one of each and decided if we were to have a third we wouldn’t find out. This was a surprise pregnancy but I’m really looking forward to the surprise. Especially given it’s going to be a third section, having something to look forward to (besides baby because I’m usually so sick I can’t do much for a few hours after) is really exciting to me.

    @klj0228 got my results this morning and they are positive! I’m honestly really surprised because my symptoms are so mild! 😫 and feel bad that my kids have to quarantine for two weeks now and do virtual school next week (which they hate!). Ugg.

    @mamakate2011 sorry your test came back positive. I hope the two weeks hours by quickly. Do you need to stay separated from your kids? I had flu type A in spring 2019, and I had to stay away from DS and DH for 5 days. DH even slept in the guest room. It was really hard on DS and DH was tired, but neither of them got it, so that was good.
