I have a good story from ordering Buffalo Wild Wings last night.
Did an online order and requested for DH's boneless wings to split the 2 sauces as 2/3 and 1/3. I get home and they have DH's order split in a square box for 6 wings and then the next larger box for 14 wings. It takes me a moment to realize that the large box of 14 wings was incredibly light. For whatever reason, someone only put 4 wings in the box! The only explanation I could come up with is that they had to use a 1 and 4 sticker to label the box with 14, but whoever was putting the order together either missed the 1, or thought the 1 was a mistake and the 4 sticker on top was the correct number. That just doesn't make sense though because who puts 4 wings in a large box?
I called the restaurant explaining I got 4 instead of 14 wings so the guy puts me on hold to talk to the manager. She reimbursed me $5 and said they would remake his order. It's a little bit of a trip (15 minutes) but hey, we got a lot of extra wings out of it so I can't complain lol.
