Feeling mostly good. Today I’m getting a re-draw for my NIPS test, so I haven’t been taking the Lovenox for a few days. We are pretty sure that’s why the first test failed. Just taking baby aspirin now. It’s been so nice to have a break from shots but I’m eager to start them again, because I get nervous about clotting. My husband wants me to just do BA, so it’s frustrating to not be “forced” in either direction by doctors. I like definitive decisions, and in this case it’s been up to me from day one.
No new concerns and no upcoming appointments. It’s only been like 4 days since my checkup and it feels like it was ages ago. No idea how I’ll make it to November 30!
I'm 14w2d! I'm starting to believe I'm actually pregnant. I know that sounds weird, but in the first trimester I guess I always feel like it's a toss up on whether it's real or not. My next appointment is the 23rd at 16w1d and will be an ultrasound because i'm AMA. Looking forward to seeing this little nug and making sure it's actually a boy!
I have my 12 w ultrasound today with my OB. I have an appointment Friday with my MFM to review my blood sugars. He didn't say what he wanted them to be, so I'm not sure what he will think of them. Covid cases are rising in my area. I'm gonna talk to my MFM and ask if he thinks I should switch back to WFH. I feel like life was returning to normal and now it feels in limbo again.

How are you feeling? Any current concerns? Appointments? Etc I'm feeling good. I had my cerclage put in yesterday. It was a long day, but everything went well, the surgeon was really happy. I've also been feeling pretty good, so 🤞 it keeps going. I''ll be doing some sofa time in the next couple days/weeks. Although the doctors say I could slowly resume my regular activities, I'm just not there yet in my head, but the fact that I don't have cramps right now comforts me.
Next appointment with high risk OB is on November 26 and anatomy scan is on January 7. I don't have appointments yet but I should get a call to schedule a vaginal ultrasound to check on the cerclage and my cervix next week.
Also wanted to thank everyone who had a thought for me for my procedure ❤🤗🥰
@mimser I'm so glad it went well!! I hope this gives you comfort that you'll be able to make it to term and get your rainbow baby. I've been thinking about you quite a bit

@mkc3888 yes I definitely see myself going all the way to 40 weeks. We are not out of the woods yet, but I feel like this was the right thing to do. One week at a time. I also feel very lucky to have the team of doctors that have been working with us so far. It looks like they feel involved and really want this to work out as well !
How are you feeling? Any current concerns? Appointments? Etc? Feeling terrible still. The last two days I've taken mid-day naps just to get a break from feeling awful. No concerns, just hoping this doesn't last the whole pregnancy. Next OB visit is a week from today and then next MFM visit (where we'll find out what we're having!) is two weeks from today.
@texas_t I think it’ll be easy. I probably just have to tell my boss my concerns and it’s as simple as bringing my laptop and charts home and letting my clients know that all visits will be telehealth.

@texas_t thank you! Me too. Apparently it'll likely last another 2-6 weeks but I'm hoping for the earlier side of that and I'm extra hoping it's not longer than that. I just started adding back in b6 and unisom yesterday so I'm hoping maybe that starts to help but I can only handle a half tablet of unisom otherwise I can't function the next day. I just want to be able to enjoy Thanksgiving and to clean my gross house

Feeling overall better, less tired and less nauseous. But good lord, I have been emotional. Way more than usual, even compared to my other pregnancies. I think between the election and the lack of conceding, I can’t stop with the news, it’s still constantly shocking and I just want normal news. That combined with other family things has me just feeling very unsettled.
I have two appointments on 11/16, regular ob and then anatomy scan at 16 weeks for ama.
Sorry things have been stressful @yellingbanana and I hope they calm down soon!
I'll be 15w tomorrow! Everything seems to be going well, although I had a couple of heart palpitations yesterday and some weird vaginal throbbing that lasted for about 45min??? Sorry, that may be TMI lol. I just chalked it up to increased blood flow but will talk to my OB if it happens again. Today was fine though.
Next appts. are Nov 18 with my OB and Nov 25 with my hematologist. Can't wait to take some time off around Thanksgiving!!
