This is so hard. I love a classic black and white cookie from a deli in NY! But also love chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. And then those little chessmen from the grocery store... and now I’m trying to think of cookies I don’t like and really can’t come up with any.
Mmmm 😋 I love cookies. Tough to choose just one! I love chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, and those disgustingly sugary iced sugar cookies you can buy at the grocery bakery ha.
My oldest loooooves to bake. There is never not a sweet on our counter. I’m glad she’s passionate about something but my waistline can disagree ha. Currently there’s brownies on the counter. The other day I came downstairs and she was making edible cookie dough for breakfast 🤣🤦🏼♀️. It is nice though because I love to cook, but the only good thing I can bake are cheesecakes. Baking is generally not my talent so she makes up for my weaknesses!
Def easier to name the ones I don't like than ones I like. Fave homemade are peanut butter cookies, fave store-bought are any chewy chocolate chip or chocolate chocolate chip. +1 to Italian rainbow cookies. During the holidays, I also love my grandma and great-grandma's rum balls and crescent cookies (half moons dusted in powdered sugar).
Definitely a big chocolate chip cookie cake with a good sweet frosting! But like some of you, it's probably just easier to say I don't like oatmeal raisin or anything with nuts cookies 😂
So hard. I love baking but would Rather not eat all that sugar. I made chocolate chip for halloween and overestimated the amount of kids that we had to eat a lot of cookies, but the sugar overload was amazing.
If I narrow it down, then gingersnaps (the soft ones), shortbread, monster cookies (the more oatmeal the better), peanut butter cookies and chocolate lava cookies.
And tomorrow I'm doing a coconut ginger cookie trial run (without coconut) for a zoom workshop on Saturday. Finally found the recipe after searching for years.

This thread is going to compel me to bake cookies this week, I am sure.
