What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? It is the first week of my virtual run, so my goal is to try to get my best possible time on a 3K run.
How's everything going? I already did the 3K distance once yesterday, but my time was bad. At least now I have a goal to try to beat.
What has you motivated or struggling this week? I like having concrete goals, it helps me to keep going. In addition to my virtual race, I also signed up for the 100k challenge for November on Strava so I need to run most days to hit that goal.
What's a "small win" you have from last week? I only ate Halloween candy on Halloween day!
@fitzfizz nice work on crushing your candy goal! And good luck with your virtual races! I have such admiration for people that run! I only run if I’m being chased! Lol

How's everything going? I have 4 dinners planned and one lunch planned, so hopefully that helps. I need to plan another lunch, I think, but we’ll see!
What has you motivated or struggling this week? I ordered pizza for lunch yesterday so I’ve already had one “out meal” for the week. To be fair, it’s a cheese-less pizza with a TON of veggies (6 different veggies) so that at least helps with it being healthy, right? 🤣
What's a "small win" you have from last week? We had dinner at home 3 out of 5 weeknights. Not great but not bad. I’m also officially ONE MONTH caffeine and soda free!

How's everything going? Oof definitely had too much wine on Halloween night so re-setting this week. Closed all my activity rings yesterday so feeling really good about that! And the balanced meals well that’s been about 70% successful last week lol (there was a McDonalds incident mid-week 🤪)
What has you motivated or struggling this week? My annual checkup is today so that’s got me a bit motivated to focus on health! Also a little nervous to hear what’s been going on with my body after the lockdown.... I mean that was definitely not the healthiest time In my life 😬
What's a "small win" you have from last week? I wanted to bike 3 days last week but ended up hopping on 5 days! Loving it!
@canucklehead123 are you using an Apple Watch for your activity rings? I’d love to add more friends to mine, if you’d be willing to PM? Way to kill it on the biking! As far as being caffeine free, I didn’t have any detoxing symptoms like I anticipated. I was drinking so much a day, so I was expecting major headaches but those never really happened. I do notice that I’m not craving fats and sugars like I was before, which is really nice! My energy has also been better. I don’t feel so tired all the time.

Update for me: I have run every day this week, and have been doing great with eating more fruit and vegetables. I have finished 17.5/100 km so far this month and I am feeling motivated!
@fitzfizz 🙈🙈🙈 well, I cooked yesterday. 🤣 Election stress had me not wanting to cook on Tuesday and I didn’t eat dinner on Monday because I ate a big, late lunch after my dentist appointment (it was Noodles and Co). So it’s been bad, BUT, I ate lunch at home every day but Monday and have eaten breakfast at home every day. We aren’t eating out the rest of the week (except maybe Saturday for lunch as we have a class we are going to at 11:30). I am just amazed at your running motivation! You are KILLING it!
