    How far along are you? 11+2

    Any updates/changes/new concerns regarding your pregnancy? I;m feeling really good about my MFM.  I just really trust him to give me the best advice and care.  My OB is another story.  Long story short is my OB said to wait until 12 weeks to get the flu shot.  MFM said that's old recommendation that wasn't based on research, and for the last several years the recommendation has been to get it at any time. So I'm starting to get frustrated with my OB, but I do think he is good at surgery.  I hate to even think about switching OB's, but it sucks to not trust your Dr to stay up to date in their field.  I'll be telling him about it on my next visit.

    Any updates/changes/new concerns regarding your pregnancy? Nope. Everything is just chugging along. I don't have another appointment until November 23rd.

    Any updates/changes/new concerns regarding your pregnancy? Nope! Everything is all good and I'm just coasting until my next appointments on 11/17 (OB) and 11/24 (MFM - early a/s!!).

    @mkc3888 I've never heard anything like that about the flu shot I don't think.  The only thing I've ever heard is that if you're pregnant, you need to get the flu shot and not the flu mist.

    @gusgus14 that is super early for an a/s! I bet you'll get a follow up one after that, so that will be fun to have an extra ultrasound!

    @texas_t I'm pretty sure they're still doing the 20 week one but I asked for this one! They were going to do an u/s at 16 weeks anyway since I get them at every appointment so I asked if we could go ahead and find out the sex of the babies. I don't know if they'll check out any of the other stuff they normally would at an a/s but they scheduled it as an early a/s. My OB said she would do it the week before but the u/s machine they use in the exam rooms is super old and crappy quality so she couldn't guarantee we'd be able to tell; they really just use it to check heartbeats when they can't pick it up with the doppler or when there are multiples.

    Any updates/changes/new concerns regarding your pregnancy: no updates but have my NIPT on Monday, and looking forward to seeing baby again.

    So I've just read on my scan report that my placenta is previa...I don't know if that adds to my high risk at this point as I know it's still early and it's most likely going to move, but I guess it gives me a slight worry... also I'm like really, I fall in the "less than 1% chance of again??" Anyways I'll just ask the OB tomorrow 😊
