    How's everything going? So far good, but I have been awake for an hour haha

    What has you motivated or struggling this week? I didn’t do well with eating last week at all. I kept having “just one” candy at work which would turn into 5. I need to get it together this week. 

    What's a "small win" you have from last week? I did run! Not as far as I wanted, but I got it done.

    Eating home cooked meals this week.

    How's everything going?
    I mean, it’s Monday. 🤣 I have two soups in the fridge meaning I actually prepped something for the week and have 3 dinners planned (thanks EveryPlate). So hopefully it all goes well. 

    What has you motivated or struggling this week? 
    We (I) ate out a lot last week. Two pizzas and I ate out for lunch two days. So hopefully meal planning helps with that this week.

    What's a "small win" you have from last week?
    3 full weeks caffeine/soda free! I’m on day 25 today! Woohoo! 🎉

    What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Continue daily walking and plan our dinner meals. 

    How's everything going? Ok. This is so ridiculous, but only after being with MH for SIX years, I just finally realized that we won’t ever have consistent healthy dinner meals unless I make them myself. So I’m taking on this sole responsibility starting this week. 

    What has you motivated or struggling this week? I got an air fryer on Prime Day and it made delicious fried chicken the other night! I don’t even like chicken so this is saying a lot! I’m going to use it to make a bunch of these healthy dinners I just mentioned. Plus, MH loves wings & fries & other terrible foods—now I can make the healthy version of those in the air fryer. 

    What's a "small win" you have from last week? I took a walk every single day last week, and I got at least 8 hours of sleep every night. I feel amazing today!

    @keikilove MH and I were having the same problems, I now have to do the grocery shopping and lay all the ingredients out so that they are visible with detailed instructions - only then will DH cook a healthy meal (and we still do occasionally have some fails and some weird substitutions) -  I hope with your cooking responsibility comes the natural progression of it is his sole responsibility to clean it all up!!  Good for you for getting such great sleeps, definitely jealous of that!
    @fitzfizz GREAT gif!  The Halloween candy struggle is real (have eaten half the box that I bought for giveaway already... left all the crap chocolates behind for the neighbourhood kids - haaaa #sorrynotsorry).  Rooting for you to hold it together!

    What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week?
    1) not using wine as a coping mechanism for stressful days
    2) getting protein, lots of veg, and a healthy fat into every meal
    3) jumping on my exercise bike today, Wednesday and Friday

    How's everything going?
    Well, the balance of protein, veg and healthy fat is going great - was so proud of my eating habits over the weekend and just looking to carry the momentum forward - just had greek salad with feta, olives, and falafel for lunch it was delish.  Feeling motivated to hop on the bike after work!

    What has you motivated or struggling this week?
    The absolute feeling of awesomeness/super-poweredness when I hit the all-three combo of my abovementioned goals has me motivated. Also my Apple Watch is supposed to get delivered tomorrow so I'm sure that will give me some motivation!

    What's a "small win" you have from last week?
    ......actually got an exercise bike LOL

  • Update: One day down with no candy! I’m hungry but I’m trying to convince myself to go on a short run before I eat. We can do this ladies! 
  • What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Unpacking boxes from the spare bedroom. We moved in August at the same time we were getting married. It was insane and I’ve mostly tried to stay out of the spare due to it being overwhelming. 

    How's everything going?
    The only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time, so I put away several items that I had dug out of the boxes since we’ve moved in and found new homes for them. 

    What has you motivated or struggling this week?
    I’ve been trying to organize the house. Unpacking brings back more clutter so I’m trying to find a balance of unpacking but keeping it organized. Obviously it’s a sign of needing to pare down items we don’t need! 

    What's a "small win" you have from last week?
    I’ve been doing a “nightly reset” for the past few days and it’s been going good! Tonight I breezed through it quickly. It’s so nice waking up to a clean house.
