    CD: 11

WAYDTGKU: FF, bbt, OPKs, prenatals, and HIO EOD

R/R: I have managed to figure out how to make a iced chai latte with pumpkin cold foam at home, and it is heavenly. Got to sleep in until 8am this morning! I feel like a new person!

CS/Q: nothing exciting to see yet. Temps still down.

GTKY: Which is superior? I was a Boy Meets World kid, so I will go with that!

WAYDTGKU: temping (except this morning ); opk’s; hio

R/R: DH is going to the farmers market solo today... wonder what he will come back with?? Lol!

CS/Q: Had a shite sleep last night, tossing and turning through the wee hrs so didn’t temp - also had my flu shot yesterday so I kind of wanted to see whether that would have wonked my temp but oh well didn’t get the chance.

GTKY: Which is superior? I used to watch Home Improvement with my Grannie like everyday during summer holidays while she looked after me so imma go with that (although I’m sure it’s superiority could be questioned hahaha)

@Daisy582 good morning, happy Saturday!! So great you got to sleep in (it’s not even 8am here yet lol!!) - also do tell of your coffee recipe!

  • @Daisy582 super jealous of your sleeping in
@canucklehead123 jealous of YH’s solo trip to the farmers market! Was he the one that got three potatoes?

    Month/Cycle: 11/12

    CD: 13

WAYDTGKU: PNV & PNV (EOD), OPKs, and CM

R/R: terrible night of sleep here too. I’m glad I’m not temping this cycle. It’s cold and we don’t have any plans for the weekend so it’s going to be a long one.

    CS/Q: none

GTKY: Which is superior? Gosh this is really hard! I loved Sister, Sister and Smart Guy but Boy Meets World was a favorite as well. I might have to give it to Full House though.

  • @daisy528 glad you were able to sleep in! That and your coffee sound like a great way to start the weekend.

@canucklehead123 hopefully your hubby brings home something good!

    WAYDTGKU: prenatals, OPKs and HIO

R/R: I had a really good time catching up with my friends last night and am looking forward to my sister coming over later today! MH cleaned the house yesterday while I was at work all day so I’m super grateful for that.

GTKY: Which is superior? If I had to pick one I would say Boy Meets World but I also enjoyed watching Full House, Sister Sister and Fresh Prince growing up.

  • @krash_ yep that was him! Also lol to PNV & PNV 😂😂

    CD: CD14

WAYDTGKU: I switched my prenatal vitamin to Baby and Me from Megafood. I have also started eating healthier and losing weight.

R/R: I have an ongoing laundry saga. I have been staring at loads of laundry that has needed to be folded and put away for weeks now. The pile up started after I got the flu a few weeks ago. Last night I finally got every basket folded and put away except one. I plan to get that done today. Plus I plan to go ahead and wash the 2 new loads that have piled up.

    CS/Q:

GTKY: Which is superior? Frazier! Love that show. But I also grew up watching several of those so definitely have a few favorites on there.

@daisy528 This May be a UO but I hate pumpkin flavor. I have always noticed that my temps level out and get somewhat smooth right before I get ready to ovulate. So hopefully that’s what is happening for you. It looks good. Do you track CM?

@canucklehead123 DH always does the shopping at our house. He started doing that when we lived in the Midwest and it started snowing. I grew up in the south and refused to drive in the snow back then. 😆 Hopefully your DH brings back some good stuff. I vaguely remember someone posting about their husband bringing random stuff home from the store. Was that you?

@krash_ Sorry you had a rough night last night. Hopefully you can get some rest today.

    Edit: to finish tags. 🤦🏻‍♀️
  • @canucklehead123 so you do equal parts milk (any type) with equal parts Tazo Chai Latte concentrate over ice. I got the concentrate at Target. Then for the foam, I do 1-2tsp of canned pumpkin with some milk and heavy cream (I don’t measure). Add it to a blender, and blend for a few seconds. Pour the cream over the latte!

@krash_ sounds like a relaxing weekend with no plans!

@pharmd93 have a great day with your sister!

@emeraldcity1214 I also have an ongoing battle with laundry. I can’t get ahead of it! As for tracking CM, I do but it’s been pretty nonexistent lately. I’d say maybe it could be considered “creamy” today. FF is predicting O sometime the middle of next week, so we shall see!
  • @Daisy582 omg yum!! Thx gunna try!!
@emeraldcity1214 it was me, but luckily DH did well at the farmers market!  He did come home with a very small pumpkin but I will let it slide lol.

R/R: Finally done with grading for this quarter! Such a weight off my shoulders.

    CS/Q:

GTKY: Which is superior? This one was really hard. I watched most of those growing up. I loved Sister, Sister and Boy Meets World. Home Improvement was a favorite, too. I got to to give it to That 70s show, though. I still watch that on Netflix and still think it's hilarious.

@emeraldcity1214 I hate pumpkin flavored stuff, too. You can have all the pumpkin lattes @Daisy582

@pharmd93 Can your husband talk to mine?

@canucklehead123 and @krash_ I never sleep good. Haven't in years. I have to go to sleep listening to audio books just to fall asleep.😔

  • @emeraldcity1214 add me to the list of disliking pumpkin flavor! I’d much prefer salted caramel or apple cider far my seasonal fall flavors

@artistlife I am super lucky that MH has 3 day weekends and doesn’t sit well, I can convince him to do just about anything around the house while I’m at work!
  • @pharmd93 I am a sucker for those flavors!

  • Hi ladies,  I had a dramatic temp dip this morning (I seem to remember that a temp dip before O is “normal” - but this much??) Anyway question is does my temp have to rise above my temps earlier in the cycle to count as O?  I think I know the answer is yes just that even if it rose tomorrow to meet my earlier temps it would be a significant temp rise so could that possibly mean I’ve O’d?  Sorry for the rambling question this morning 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    BabyFruit Ticker
  • @artistlife I have been known to fall asleep to Harry Potter audio books like *most* nights Haha the British accent is so soothing and since I already know the Plot it puts me to sleep right away.
    BabyFruit Ticker
  • @canucklehead123 It needs to rise .2 above the highest of the last 6 temps. Then the next two temps need to stay elevated and continue to rise to at least .3 degrees above the highest of the last 6 temps.

It is possible to have a falllback rise on the second day of your shift but your temp would need to rise back up and stay elevated. You can only have 1 drop of a temp in the first 4 days for that to be a confirmed shift.

You can also have a slow rise. This is when your temp rises to .1 above the highest of the previous six. The following temps will also rise .1 each day. They would need to continue going up and stay elevated to confirm a shift.

There are also what is called a weak shift. This is when your temp rises .2 above the highest of the last 6 temps and doesn’t go any higher for several days. You would need to consider yourself fertile for at least 4 days into your shift due to how low the temps stayed.

    I hope this helps.
  • @emeraldcity1214 yes thank you very helpful!!!

  • Happy Sunday everyone! EWCM today (it’s like I don’t have any CM for days, and then minute I mention it BAM there it is lol) and my OPKs are getting progressively darker though not positive yet. My temp is still down, so I am guessing O is sometime in the next few days. I’m glad I decided to try OPKs this cycle - it’s really interesting to see how they line up with temps/CM/etc!

    Let's do this...

@daisy528 yay for EWCM & darkening OPKs. The m-O-mentous occasion is upon you.
@canucklehead123 Sorry about your shite sleep; I've been in that boat for 2 weeks. I'm dying to hear what YH brought back from the market. 🍿
@krash_ I've never heard anyone describe as being long! 🤣Hopefully you found something to make it fun.
@pharmd93 YH sounds like a champ. Keep him! I hope you had a good hang sesh with your sis. I'm really close with my sis and miss hanging out with her, but won't be able to see her until Covid ends (she's in Canada.)
@emeraldcity1214 I hope you've conquered your laundry situation. Also, holy cow you're like a textbook. That bbt info is so precise. You've provided both the "happy path" and the "edge cases".
@artistlife congrats on finishing all your grading!

    Month/Cycle: 9/10

    CD: 1

WAYDTGKU: Let's see... Letrazole + IUI (likely) this cycle. Progesterone after O. Gluten free, diary free diet. Also taking: levothyroxine, PNV, additional methylfolate (MHTFR mutation), Omega3, Vitamin D3, Ubiquinol, Melatonin, Selenium, Vitamin E. MH is also taking vitamins to improve sperm motility and count. I'm also seeing an osteopathic doctor, a fertility acupuncturist, and had a consult with a nutritionist. This cycle, I am stopping: baby aspirin (doctor(s) have said I don't really need it b/c I'm already taking extra folate); seed cycling (it's supposed to improve natural hormonal levels, but since I'm medicating, it's just a nuisance). Oh yeah, and doing a bunch of FDA required blood tests for both MH and I, including an MMR titer. Also a sperm DNA fragmentation test; and possibly a bunch of other blood tests for MH which I requested from his urologist but haven't heard back on.

R/R: My body hates gluten. I kind of knew that, having read the "It Starts With Food" book whilst doing Whole30 earlier this year, so I've essentially stayed away from it. But on Friday we ordered burritos (we forgot to thaw something for dinner) and MH really wanted a burrito lengua, and then I also had a breakfast pastry both yesterday and today. Well, I'm paying the price for this right now. 😩Anyways, no more gluten for me. I'm actually going to attempt making gluten free sourdough bread.

    CS/Q: Nada

GTKY: Which is superior? So many to choose from! I grew up watching Full House reruns with my family, and also after-school Fresh Prince reruns with my sister so I gotta go with those two. But I did use to look forward to TGIF on (can't remember the TV channel) and a new episode of Boy Meets Girl.

ETA: missed 1 vitamin; corrected some awkward wording.

  • @acleverusername I have been charting for 10 years now. I use this method to achieve and avoid pregnancy. So when I’m not TTC, I need to know the rules that confirm ovulation so that I can enjoy some UP sexy time with the hubby. I hate HBC. I always get the nasty side effects and I stop taking it within a few weeks. So this has just been my preferred method.
