Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: Tall as a reeses peanut butter cup, which tbh sounds really tall! Do they mean a mini reeses peanut butter cup??
Upcoming appointments: nothing until I have to go in for bloodwork week of Nov 9.
How are you feeling?: Nauseous, constipated, bloated, tired, irritable/cranky. My migraine resolved itself overnight thank goodness. But I'm basically a real treat to be around right now.
Rants/Raves: We are going up to a cottage this weekend and I am very excited, but it means that the week is just dragging.
Questions: NATM
GTKY: Probably our 2011 visit to New Zealand for so many reasons. It was the Rugby World Cup, my Nana's 90th birthday, my husband proposed, and it was our last family holiday before my Mum was diagnosed with a brain tumour. So all around a very fun, family-filled, carefree holiday!

Rants/Raves:
Had some spotting over the past week so I took it easy for the most part. At first it freaked me out especially having experienced loss before. But then I remembered that for ME even in successful pregnancies its still common in the 1st tri. Ive chalked it up as something my body just does, and the timing of it couldve still been implantation bleeding.
Also it hasnt helped that the nausea has kicked it up a notch. Ive lost a little bit of weight which for me inst a bad thing since Im overweight to begin with. But it just speaks to how uneasy my stomach has been.

GTKY: What has been your favourite vacation? What made it your favourite?
We are over the top travelers, meaning we live pretty frugal at home but are completely over the top when we travel (especially abroad). All our vacations have been wonderful but I think my favorite may have been my anniversary trip to Paris last year. For one it was one of the last "big" trips we took before the world shut down, so it makes me crave traveling. We took a smaller trip to Bermuda later in the year but it wasnt on the the same scale. We had a VIP experience the whole time from private dining with Michelin star chefs to Parisian photoshoot as many key landmarks.

We had a 14day Italy/Greece trip planned this year for our anniversary that was canceled because of COVID. It was going to be our last grand travel since we knew we were going to be getting knocked up. I'm sad that it didnt happen but we reschedule one of these days.

Sounds like we are feeling about the same. Im either sick, tired, or cranky and its physically and emotionally draining. I legit am ready for this phase to be over.

@pickle-chips yea I got all in my head and sort of shut down for a bit. But Im hoping to be out of my funk. Im snarky and moody as is, and felt myself being eye-rolly even more than usual. Yall didnt need that kind of sunshine around here

Team Green/Pink/Blue/Finding Out: Team finding out ASAP. I have my Sneak Peek test in my bathroom waiting to go after our first appt next Monday. I’ll be having NIPT testing but likely not until 12 weeks since appts are every 4 weeks and I just don’t want to wait that long 🤣

Upcoming appointments: Monday! First sono and appt, I’m so nervous
How are you feeling?: pretty shitty. Just tired, peeing nonstop, irritable, zero motivation, nauseous here and there but still starving and not sick. But today I feel a little better so of course that makes me nervous. 🙄 I can’t win with myself
Rants/Raves: I hate wishing time to go by, but I’m ready for Monday to get here.

Upcoming appointments: Nov 9th is my first U/S. Im excited for it to come but very anxious and nervous. My betas have been great so far which makes me happy

How are you feeling?: I'm feeling exhausted these days. Been falling asleep super early at night and can't keep my eyes open on the couch. So much gas and bloating at night, mild dizziness after eating and peeing sooo much.

Rants/Raves: I went to the bathroom this morning and some weird thing came out of me 😳 I'm not bleeding or spotting at all so thats good but still was worried and like wtf is this?? Im assuming it was the brown scab or tissue from my cervix since its healed now from the surgery and it came out. I speak to my OB tomorrow and I will ask her about it just to make sure. Man the gross things that women see from there bodies 😆

GTKY: What has been your favourite vacation? What made it your favourite? My favorite vacation was to the Domimican Republic. I've been 3 times now and I LOVE it there. It's my favorite becuse its so beautiful there, great food, love the culture and people and the sand and ocean is amazing. Can't wait to go back again after covid is over.

Boo Erns!! Lol He said, we get a 600 dollar one for free (NIPT) so why pay for something that isn't as accurate. Guess ill just wait. ☹

@jaztastic Sorry you had some spotting. GL with your U/S tomorrow and all is well. I would love to go to Bermuda and to Greece and Paris. All on my bucket list lol I'm sorry you have nausea so bad that you have lost weight. Thank god I dont get nausea or sickness as im super tiny as it is and can't afford to loose weight LOL there would be nothing left of me if I did haha

Rants/Raves: Rave: So thankful I am working from home still. I remember being so miserable in the office at this stage last time. At least at home I can lay down for a few minutes and then focus on work when I feel better.

GTKY: What has been your favourite vacation? What made it your favourite? Probably our honeymoon to Mexico, or the New Years Eve we did in London. We travel a lot internationally to see family, so Mexico and New Years was some of the few times it was just us.

My mom and I saved up a ton of money and went to NYC, we had the most fabulous, lux weekend. We grew up pretty poor so this was a big deal for me 😊
