We haven’t done a Twatwaffle Tuesday in a long time! Who or what is being a twatwaffle in your life these days?

Ok, I will go first again. I don’t usually have too many complaints but this week they are piling up.😬

My youngest sister is the TW in my life lately. I b*tch about her every now & then. She’s really bad at communication, loves to be passive-aggressive. We live right next door to each other. Last week she asked me to TEXT her before we come by her house, to give her that “courtesy”. So I asked her to TEXT before my niece comes over (daily!). She said she’d try to remember.🙄 The very next day my sister brought her adult friend over to tour OUR house while I was laid out in my bedroom with a headache. She wanted to show her friend how our two houses are different. No text, no warning, nothing. Just walked right in. I was too tired to say anything but I’m still fuming.

@keikilove sometimes I wish I lived closer to family but then I read stuff like this and I'm "nope I'm good!"

This is a total first world TW but we are waiting on our Peloton bike to be delivered next Monday. I ordered back in August and I got an email today that said they are having a delay in shipping and that I need to reschedule my delivery. I look on the site and the next options were in December! So I call them, wait on hold for over 45 minutes (it actually hung up on me once and I had to call back and wait again) only to be told that it must have been a system error because our delivery for Monday is still scheduled. I asked who do I speak with to confirm that they are actually going to be delivering, like someone has to know that there is a bike for us somewhere on it's way here?, and he said they will call 30 minutes before when they are no their way. Ok...I guess it's good we are already working from home but I guess I need to block my calendar off for whenever they decide to show up.

Again, I get that this is a total minor inconvenience first world problem. Please feel free to flame me.

@krash_ so much envy! I want a peloton so bad but still working on talking my hubs i to it abs that he would like it as well.

@krash_ Yes, total envy of the June21 BMB and your new Peloton! You will not get flamed from me. I hate sitting on the phone dealing with nonsense like what you just described. Also, I see the Monday Bitchfest, Twatwaffle Tuesday, and WTF Wednesday as spaces to vent about anything we want, no matter how mundane or first-world.

PS: In all my petty complaining about my sis, I forgot to add that she TEXTED me in order to ask me to text her in the future when we are going to walk the 20 feet to knock on her door (which we only do about every 2 weeks, because of some other nonsense she pulled at the beginning of the pandemic). Petty as hell. Couldn't even make that idiotic request verbally in person.
