For the past year I’ve been on the extended-cycle birth control. I stopped taking my birth control pills on September 12th. I got my period September 15th. I have yet to have a period. The week of October 9th, I cramped but no spotting/bleeding. I’m on day 36 of my cycle and still no period. All pregnancy tests show negative. My cycle is usually on time & frequent (I’ve stopped taking birth control once before and my cycle came back normal/regularly. Has anyone experienced getting pregnant after the extended-cycle birth control? If so, how long did it take for your normal periods to start/get pregnant?
*My husband and I started trying September 23rd. I was bleeding for 8 days*

Thank you!
It can take up to 3 months or more for your cycle to return after birth control
If your cycle is 60 days or longer, contact your dr about inducing your next cycle
Your cycle is normal, until it's not
(And most importantly) many women in this community have never been pregnant, your question would be better on the 1st Trimester board where there are actual pregnant people.
FWIW, my first cycle after having my IUD removed last December was 35 days and I have yet to get pregnant.
