GTKY: tell us about your worst date! when I turned 16, for my birthday, my boyfriend at the time (first boyfriend ever) built up this huge surprise for my birthday for months and ended up taking me to the local gas station and buying me hot chocolate. Later he admitted that he forgot my birthday.
GTKY: tell us about your worst date! I actually don't have a bad date story. I've only had 3 boyfriends, 2 serious ones and never really dated around.

GTKY: tell us about your worst date! The only time I can think of is the time my now-husband accidentally illegally parked his truck while we were at a hockey game and we came outside in FREEZING weather to learn his truck had been towed. We then had to wait for my brother to come get us and drop us at the towing company, where we had to wait again because we beat his truck there (so it must have been towed just minutes before we walked outside). It is now a funny story but was a long, cold, expensive night at the time!
GTKY: tell us about your worst date! OMG I have so many. Hubby and I didn't meet until I was 35 and I dated a LOT of frogs. Only a few serious relationships and those guys I'm still friendly with (one even reached out to me after my last miscarriage to share that he and his wife had gone through the same thing a few months prior). Worst date... hmmm... how about the one I met online who we had been chatting for a year and always had good conversation online but when we met in person it was like pulling teeth. SO awkward. Or there's the one with a guy I'd dated for months previously and decided to try again and see if it was a mistake to end the relationship with him and he assumed we were going to "knock boots" because we had when we were dating previously and when I turned him down he came up with an excuse to leave and I never heard from him again? That works.
GTKY: tell us about your worst date!
My prom night was pretty awful. I went with a guy I had dated off and on since high school began and it was an abusive relationship. He isolated me from all my friends so I wasn't really allowed to interact with anyone else. So the whole night he basically glared at my friends as we sat far from everyone else. Barely danced or anything. I'm so grateful that I finally got out of that situation. 🙄
GTKY: tell us about your worst date! I haven’t really had one!! My husband took a call from his bank on our first date which I always tease him about. But we had been friends for months at that point so it wasn’t a huge deal.
GTKY: tell us about your worst date! I don't really have a worst date. I only dated 1 other person other than DH during high school and we only dated for like a month.

GTKY: tell us about your worst date! I’ve had a few. I met this old dude (he was probably 45 and I was 22) at a bar but we just made out. Then we ended up going on a real date and when the date started (and I was sober) I realized he wasn’t for me but decided to drink enough to enjoy myself. Well then I got plastered and ended up back at his apt. Ended up sleeping with him eww. I woke up the next day in his bed and was so grossed out. He tried to bang again and i was like noooooope and got outta there quick. Then there was a guy who took me to cheap diner and then a shady horse race track where he bet on horse races in clouds of cigarette smoke.
GTKY: tell us about your worst date! Hmm... I dabbled in online dating (though many people got weeded out prior to actually going on a date- like the guy who kept asking me if I was real lol). One guy spent half of the date apologizing that he was heavier than his pictures because he was sick lately and wasn't exercising like he usually does. he didn't really look that much different than his profile and I honestly didn't care anyway. But the whole date was awkward and it made me feel self-conscious about my own weight. Then he kept saying that he was going to take me dancing for our next date and then never called me. And then he added me on linked-in a year later... lol

GTKY: tell us about your worst date! When I was 16, I was dating a guy who was basically just awful. I invited him over to cook him dinner, and he asked to use my computer. So as I was cooking for him, it turned out he was messaging another girl on MySpace telling her she was the only one for him, and he loved her and all that. Found out later that he was cheating on me with multiple girls our entire relationship. So...he was a winner. 🙄
GTKY: tell us about your worst date! Oh man... I went on a lot of bad dates but there is one that stands out in my mind because it was just so weird. I went out to dinner with a guy I met online and he was extremely awkward. IDK why but he was really fixated on finding the server as soon as possible when we were ready to order and or when we needed something, ect. At one point he actually got up from the table to go find the server! I don't remember the service actually being bad by any means either. It's not like we had been sitting there forever waiting. He was just really impatient and almost obsessive. It was generally hard to engage with the guy during our meal too so I have always wondered if he may be on the spectrum. Either way I didn't go on a second date.
@annanbby I took a birthing class and breastfeeding class through the hospital I delivered at. Not sure how they are handling that now with COVID though.
GTKY: tell us about your worst date! Thankfully I never had a bad one. Aside from one long distance relationship, I've only dated two guys in person. They were both awesome and not crazy while dating haha. Married and divorced the first. Planning to marry the second one who is also the father of my little one that's currently baking haha. : )
@xvividash I had a similar name issue with my husband. We had “agreed” on the girl name we both liked and then we found out we were having a girl and now he’s not sure. 😂 at least we have some time to figure it out I guess lol

@annanbby I also took a class through the hospital where I delivered. At that time it came with a tour as well. I think they're also doing virtual now, which probably doesn't make much of a difference. I thought the information was good to know, and they covered all types of births and available pain control methods (at the hospital). I knew most of the info already but it's always different when it's about your own baby and delivery, plus my husband learned a lot too.
