R/R: Another TWW! I know at least the first part will fly by because of work craziness but the end is in sight. I worked allll day Saturday for like 10 hours but I brought home tacos for dinner and we made some good tequila cocktails. We stayed up until like 2 AM 😮 which we never ever do. Yesterday we went to a farm and got some pumpkins and some treats from their little shop. It was fun but people do not understand what 6 feet apart means! Then we came home for football and laundry. It was a great weekend! I feel refreshed and ready to hit this week hard and after it’s over I’ll have my life back haha!

@bows22 you get up on here early! I came on here to start some threads since I was up early, and you have them all up already. The pumpkin farm sounds so nice. I think we are going to one today to do the same!

@daisy528 I’m from near Philly originally, but lived in NYC for years before we moved out here. In PA there were so many apple orchards and pumpkin patches 😭 It’s not the sameee

@bows22 10 hours on Saturday??! Glad your work project is almost done and you had such a great rest of the weekend! I feel the same way when we go out- 6 feet people!!!

@mc0303 I would feel the same way about fall!! Sounds like we're from the same areas- I'm in NJ but grew up in the south jersey/Philly metro area and live just outside NYC right now. Leaves are just starting to change here and it's so pretty!!

@mc0303 it's been great hiking weather! I'm hoping we have a warm fall so we can spend time outside as long as possible this year. October's always so unpredictable (Sandy, blizzards) so I'm hoping this is an easy one

@mc0303 I hear you on getting into the fall spirit. I’m from East Coast (Canada) but currently living in SF. My mom messaged me yesterday saying it was 28 degrees. Meanwhile here, we’re heading into a heatwave with temps expected to get to mid-80’s by Friday.

@_orchid_ good luck with your busy day; I hope it’s productive. What kind of online shopping deals are you looking into? Amazon Prime Day?

R/R: I had a wonderful / relaxing weekend. Both MH and I took Friday off and had a nice / relaxing day together. Then I went to the beach on Saturday for a socially distanced bday celebration for a good friend. And yesterday, MH and I met my best friend and her fam at the park for a socially distanced hangout sesh. I also read a bunch and cooked a bunch, and even did some chores! The only low point was that I slept like crap last night despite doing everything right leading up to bedtime: got ready for bed early, read a book (no screens), crawled into bed at 9:20...😩

CS/Q: the temps a still rising which is nice but I’ve had cycles like that before so not reading into it since it’s only 6DPO 🤷‍♀️

@acleverusername Yes, my SIL told me about the upcoming heatwave in SF! That’s so bizarre!! Also I’m very jealous of your RHR. Mine is like high 60s 😬 I’m with you on not getting a good nights rest. My Fitbit gave me a Poor sleep rating.

@mc0303 the heatwave is WEIRD. It's mid-October. This is only my 3rd fall in the Bay Area, and it's the first time we're having one this late in the season (it does usually stay nice until mid-to-late Nov; just not that hot). Let's hope we both get a good night's sleep tonight. FX.

@acleverusername I'm glad you had a great relaxing weekend! Social distancing beach day sounds amazing. I'm sorry you didn't sleep well last night. I agree with orchid that it might have something to do with the progesterone!

R/R: My progesterone labs came back on the VERY low end of normal this time (which is better, but still not ideal). I'm now on the books with my ObGyn on 12/1 which will be almost exactly 1 year since my IUD removal date. If I'm KU by then, great! If not, we'll start discussing further testing/treatment options. I really hate being in limbo. On the bright side, I had an amazing time this weekend at a virtual counseling conference! My anniversary is tomorrow, I have my first grad committee meeting for my ACA state branch, and I've been invited to join another grad committee for one of the ACA divisions I'm part of!

@mc0303 Probably just spending a lazy day at home with MH and watching some of our favorite movies. Maybe a nice dinner that we cook or grill together depending on the weather.

CS/Q: Waiting for AF at this point. Last cycle my LP was 4 days and I have a feeling this cycle will be similar. Anyways. Next one I guess.

@bows22 I'm only hanging out with ppl who are as serious or more serious about COVID as I am (to give you an example, one friend is traveling home by plane this week and will be wearing 3 masks, gloves, and eye goggles and changing clothes as soon as she gets out of the airplane in the airport bathroom). We always wear masks + keep our distance. I have actually declined meeting up with friends who are loosey-goosey about COVID telling them that I'm just not comfortable.

@ashaislurking Happy Anniversary in advance! I hope you get to spend a nice day with YH. Glad that you enjoyed the virtual counseling conference. And all those grad-related activities... I hope they're making the end of your degree seem a bit closer.

@bows22 @ashaislurking the high dose of progesterone _might_ have been the reason for shitty sleep, but the night before I had AMAZING sleep (my sleep app gave me lots of high fives) and this is 5th day of taking it. So, I dunno. But I do really hope I'll get better sleep tonight 🤞🏻. Really struggling at work right now.

Typical LP length: I don't ovulate naturally (have used clomid + ovidrel trigger for each of the 3 rounds)

Testing: Thinking I'm going to start testing out my trigger on Friday (10/16), which will be 10 DPT.

R/R: I'm not sure what to do with myself. The days are going by so slowly, I feel bored for the first time in my life, and I'm craving being around people/social interaction.

@AKuzReve I'm glad you're happy with how your hair turned out! I'm wondering how you're tracking your cycles. Given your current chart I'm personally not seeing a clear indication of ovulation and I'm curious if cycle tracking may be off and that's leading to confusion about your LP length.
@acleverusername The professional progress I'm making is definitely helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel.
@fingerscrossed1 I've personally found that social interaction via discussion boards/forums/discord servers/etc. with people I can really connect to has helped my mental health a lot since social isolation started back at the beginning of this year. I know it's not for everyone, but for me as an introvert it's the perfect amount of interaction to maintain.

It’s only my 2nd postpartum cycle so I reckon it’ll still be off for a few more cycles. I’m not sure how people get pregnant before they’re period returns when they have sex 1 time. Seems crazy to me with how off my cycle seems to be.
