R/R: FF finally gave me crosshairs on my chart on cd19 which I was surprised to see this morning. I think cd18 is more realistic though. I wish we had hit -1, but I don't think our timing is too bad. I have never O'd this late, so I don't really know what to expect. AF is supposed to come on Saturday (8dpo), so I will probably wait until then to test at the earliest.

@daisy528 I’m glad you finally have a solid temp shift! Hopefully -1 will still be good timing! Those other times should count too, at least back until -5!

R/R: Today is my wedding anniversary! Since dh and I just bought a house and tons of things for the house we kept it small. We went to a nice Italian restaurant for dinner last night, and had our first date in months! It was very nice! Here’s to 7 years! Besides that, we had a busy weekend packing, doing ground work and working. The weather is starting to cool off here and it’s affecting my temps a lot. Nothing crazy SS wise, Had some mild cramping all morning on Friday at 5dpo, so maybe that means something good? I don’t know.

@daisy528 your LP shouldn't vary by a day or so. Your cycle will just be longer since you O'd later.

Hi all, happy Monday!

R/R: had a great weekend playing, seeing some friends, getting housework done etc.

CS/Q: took a few days off temping because it was giving me some anxiety, temped this morning and definitely am in a higher temp range now...now I don't really know what to think. Also am SS like crazy which is also giving me anxiety - definitely forgot about this part of ttc.

@canucklehead123 keeping my fingers crossed for you! When do you think you will test/when is your AF due?

I would have done the same exact thing! I love the days when I am off and I can send my kiddos to school/daycare. They are always so productive!

@daisy528 I usually have a very regular 28 day cycle, but last cycle was 31 days (lots of work stress and some travel) - so I'm not really sure what this cycle will bring. Either way, if I don't get AF by Monday I would consider it "late" and I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday anyway so I am going to ask for a test there. It's Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend so I'll have lots to distract me!

@legendairymomma your post prompted me to look at my calendar and see when I can squeeze in a me-day soon!!

@daisy528 an LP of 8 days is very short (too short); have you talked about this with your OB?

@acleverusername I haven't simply because I didn't realize my LP was that short! This was my first cycle temping, so I never was really aware of it.

ETA: I should be clearer, this was my first cycle temping while TTC this time around. I have temped in the past, and it never showed a LP shorter than 10.

TW other pregnancies...

With my cycles where I conceived my two kids, I had an LP of 10-12 days. I'll see what happens this cycle, and go from there. Def worth mentioning to my OB if this becomes a thing...

@daisy528 Yes, I would definitely stay on top of that. It could mean not enough progesterone is being produced.

Just took a trigger shot today, hoping to ovulate tomorrow. Testing 10/19. It's going to be a long two weeks!
