R/R: my allergies have kicked in and I’m miserable! Swollen sinuses, post nasal drip, tight lungs. I get this way every single year, but of course my finally is freaking out about covid. This has been a thing every single year of my adult life. It’s not covid. But, it does still suck. DH should be home from work soon, which I’m happy about!
CS/Q: I’m a bit concerned about the crazy temp spikes. Every chart I’ve seen like this is a AF chart. 🙃 Also, those of you that take crazy amounts of vitamins, how do you remember to take them? With school starting back up, I’ve been terrible about remembering to take my vitamins.

@chindimples04 In the first few days post-O the only thing dictating your temp is your natural progesterone release. Nothing will have implanted yet, so the temps now really have no bearing on anything. I don’t know if that helps, but basically wouldn’t let it worry you (or excite you) at all at this point. Also, I don’t take a crazy number of vitamins, but I keep my prenatal and vitamin D in the bathroom and have just gotten accustomed to remembering them right before I brush my teeth. I figured, I always remember to brush my teeth, so if I associate the two I won’t forget the vitamins. I used to forget occasionally, but it has been about a year now and I don’t ever forget.

R/R: I have nothing planned other than doing whatever I want in my craft room today, which is the best kind of day. I think I’m going to work on my Halloween cards
Had some spotting this AM that has since stopped, but today may end up being CD1. Looking forward to starting an unbenched cycle!
CS/Q: Nothing interesting
GTKY: really I love everything on the list, because everything for fall is the best!

R/R: OMG, I had the roughest night last night. 😩 I had made a very yummy chilli for dinner and then about 20 mins after I ate it I started having these cramps and stabbing pains in my tummy and then I went upstairs cause it got really bad and I started to get all hot and sweaty and tingly and I puked violently every 5 mins for an hour straight. I would have cramp pain and then I would throw up and it went like that for the whole hour. I felt like I was legit dying on the floor of the bathroom. It hurt soo bad. I have no fever or anything. I woke up this morning and feel totally fine and back to normal. I think it was from the anesthesia leaving my system. I’ve read something called PONV(postoperative nausea and Vomiting). For whatever reason all those meds they use to knock you asleep make me feel sick 25-48 hours later. I went out and had my nails done earlier today. Something nice for myself, so that felt good.
CS/Q: Nothing
GTKY:@chindimples04 In order to remember to take all my vitamins I keep them on the counter in the kitchen and I set an alarm on my phone and it goes off at the same time everyday right before I go to work and I grab them from the kitchen. It’s been great for me, otherwise I was forgetting all the time lol So sorry that your allergies have kicked in and that your miserable. Allergies are the worst especially tight lungs. I get seasonal allergies every summer but thank god their over with now. Hope you feel better soon.
@fitzfizz I love crafting days. The best! I hope you have a good time making cards in your craft room. Yay.

@chindimples04 I have a pill box that I set up every Sunday since I take vitamins 3x a day. I also keep the pill box in the kitchen to remember to take the pills with meals for better absorption. Finally, I also have reminders set up on my phone to remember. I legit don’t know what I’d do without the reminders app.
