Baby Rash On Face and Stomach

My 5 month old has a very scaley and dry rash on his face and all over his stomach. Unfortunately, due to covid, the doctor offices are all closed. I thought it might be eczema and got some of the Aveeno Eczema Cream for it, but it made it worse. Help!!
