WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs, prenatals+B6, CM/CP tracking, whatever else my ObGyn and I figure out
R/R: I'm going to keep this kind of short because I don't have much to update. Yesterday I got a call from my ObGyn that my progesterone levels were quite a bit lower than they should have been for where I was at in my cycle. I'm currently waiting until Monday to talk to my ObGyn and figure out what we're going to do from here. I've been sitting with my feelings since last night and overall I'm just frustrated. Going to do a ton of homework this weekend to hopefully take my mind off of things.

R/R: I don’t have much to update either. I’m working today on this rainy day here. Nice to be inside where it’s warm and dry. DH and I had our therapy session together last night. It went ok. Kinda had lots of moments of weird awkward silence where no one said a thing and we just sat there or I sat in tears not saying much. DH said he didn’t like what the lady had to say this time around and she actually said he was kinda being a jerk at one point so that was interesting 😳 In my head I was like “oh snap! Here we go” We’re doing fine now with our grieving and moving forward so we won’t need to see her again.
CS/Q: Nothing
@ashaislurking I’m so sorry that your progesterone levels were a bit lower then they should have been and that your frustrated. I hope once you talk to your OBGYN on Monday you can get a clear plan on what to do. I hope your able to relax a bit this weekend and ease your mind or distract yourself.
@ashaislurking good luck with your homework! I hope you get those course assignments all wrapped up!
@mindyb2019 based on your description, that therapy session does not sound very productive. So, it's good to hear that you and YH are grieving well on your own. I would hate it if therapy actually made your grief worse. *hugs* 🤗. Btw, I didn't ignore your question from Thu thread: I moved to California from Ottawa 2.5 years ago for better job opportunities (see my post in weekend GTKY). Actually, my role is a Silicon Valley invention and that actually doesn't exist in Canada. Plus, the compensation is substantially better than in Canada (even after having to pay for healthcare, and higher cost of living). Atm, MH and I are thinking of returning in 4-5 years ("Canada 2025"), but that can change depending on various factors... upcoming election, our work visas, aging parent situation, etc. For now, we're just trying to make the most of our time here, good and bad. (Like easy access to Hawaii.)

R/R: Well today is ovulation day! I’m a bit frustrated because DH couldn’t “perform” today since this is our 3rd consecutive day HIO and he tends to have trouble with multiple days in a row like that. But we hit enough days in the FW that I feel good enough to not be totally annoyed by it.
CS/Q: Anyone else have the same issue with their DH? We’ve already talked about what we would do next cycle and he wants to wait to HIO until I get a positive OPK, but obviously that neglects all the preceding days in the FW.
@acleverusername ohh cool. You came from Ottawa. I was just in Ottawa for the first time ever last year in May. I liked it. It was neat there. Thats awesome your thinking about returning to Canada in 2025. I think that would be good. I like California. its pretty. My fave is San Diego. Is YH Canadian too or is he American?
@mindyb2019 I’m happy to hear you and YH are cooping with your grief well. I’m sorry therapy wasn’t exactly what you needed.
@lauren_0620 happy O day! I should be right behind you! My DH did have that issue when we went 3 days in a row. We stick to an every other day schedule now, which my midwife recommended without knowing he struggled. Honestly, every day versus every other day doesn’t significantly increase your chances

R/R: Our flooring is FINALLY done! It’s so nice to have our house back! It was getting to be a lot. I have a little before and after of our master bath in the spoiler. Still waiting for my positive OPK, which I don’t normally get until tomorrow anyway...I’m just impatient. 🤣

CS/Q: @lauren_0620 similar yesterday.... I think DH felt the pressure. I didn’t care but he did a bit.
