What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Time to get back on track. Last week was kind of a sh*tshow, healthwise. Our meal delivery was late, which meant we got pizza, and then over the weekend we went to my parents' house and it was my husband's birthday, so lots of drinks, cake, and junk food. Also need to figure out a good time to do workouts. I prefer after work, but the days are getting shorter so that won't be feasible for very long (I don't like exercising outside by myself after dark)
How's everything going? Meh. Until last week I was doing ok on the exercise front and with tracking my food intake, but nothing's budging which is frustrating. And then this weekend I just decided "F* it all" and ate whatever I wanted
What has you motivated or struggling this week? Weather is motivating, as it's gorgeous. Now I just need to get my lazy butt outside. I need to work on the ribs for a belated birthday dinner and had a meeting at lunchtime, which will make today difficult, and then tomorrow we're doing dinner with my husband's boss so I have to figure out a way to work out during the day (I prefer after work)
What's a "small win" you have from last week? Until things fell apart (on Wednesday) things were going well, which is something.

I need to intake more water, but I'm really struggling with that. What has you motivated or struggling this week? Motivated: might make my walking goal this week! (I start on saturdays, so again I'm 3 for 3. Struggling: no idea how to keep up on the water.... What's a "small win" you have from last week? Walked 4 out of 5, we also had family visit, which made up for not getting the last day in.

What's a "small win" you have from last week? Eh last week was pretty much a struggle. I did get the new Peloton Bike+ ordered but I had to cancel my order of the original bike that was supposed to be delivered tomorrow and now my new order isn't supposed to be delivered until 10/26 kind of bummed about that but I wanted the new bike so I guess it's worth the wait.
@akoros sorry you're not seeing the progress you want but it sounds like you are doing everything right so I'm sure you just need more time. @Kenneylynn3 I seriously struggle with drinking water too! I should probably add that to my goals. When I'm trying to drink more I will use my 30 oz yeti and try to finish one before lunch, one after lunch and one in the evening.
