Low Progesterone Level?

in 1st Trimester
Hi, I am almost 6 weeks. I have been spotting the past 6 days. I had blood taking and my initial levels came in at 530 HCG and a progesterone level below 3. So it looks like it's gearing up to be a miscarriage. 

Has anyone experienced your progesterone dramatically increase from such a low number ?

    Is your provider giving you supplements?

    Not yet , we are waiting on the test results for the second blood test to see if my HCG doubles. I'm not counting on it considering I have been spotting for a week now
