Low Progesterone Numbers

Hi, I am almost 6 weeks pregnant. I have been spotting for the past 6 days. I had a blood test which showed my HCG was 530 and Progesterone below 3. So it looks like I'm probably going or actively miscarrying. I still need to have my second blood test taken. 

Had any one experienced your progesterone level dramatically increase from such a low number?
