  • Month/Cycle: officially month 4/4

WAYDTGKU: vitamins, OPKs, BBT for now

R/R: I keep thinking today is Friday. It’s putting a real damper on the day. 👎🏼

    CD: 13

    WAYDTGKU: Half-assed TTA

R/R: Confirmed with the lab on Tuesday that they are running our samples, but there is basically no way we are getting them back in time to try this month. I am really annoyed that we are out for another month because of a stupid paperwork error. Between that and my weekend situation I am in a funk. I don’t really know what to post in the dailies (it isn’t much of a TWW if you know there is no way you are KU) so part of me wants to stop, but in part this makes me feel like I am doing something. Ugh.

CS/Q: I have done a great job of tracking! (Not that it matters at all) 🙁

  • @chindimples04 oh no thinking that it’s Friday when it’s not is the worst. The month rollover day also sucks. I hope your day goes up from here haha.

@fitzfizz that is beyond frustrating about your results. I’m sorry and don’t blame you for being in a funk, although I hope you feel better soon. I hope you have something fun or special lined up for the weekend, you deserve it.

    Month/Cycle: 22/24

    CD: 13

    WAYDTGKU: OPKs, Tracking CM

R/R: So I had a major work win yesterday. One of my clients changed software and is struggling to reconcile reports that should agree to each other - the current reports we are looking at have been a total mess and I didn’t really even know where to start. It’s been a bunch of trial and error but I made a major breakthrough yesterday and was able to  narrow down the differences pretty significantly. I’ve been complaining about work so much that I wanted to celebrate a success! I got my flashing smiley today on the CB monitor so it’s go time!

    CS/Q:

  • @chindimples04 Ugh, thinking it is Friday when it is not is the worst! That happened to me a couple weeks ago and I didn’t realize it until the very end of the day. So sad. I hope your not-Friday at least goes quickly!

@bows22 I’m happy to hear that you got a work win just in time for go time! I hope the positivity helps 😊
  • @chindimples04 I'm right there with you wishing it was Friday! Been so gloomy all week it's just dragging.

@fitzfizz ugh that really sucks that you won't be able to try this month! Sometimes I break from the dailies and only post in the weekly threads like UO, etc.

    Month/Cycle: 40

    CD: 16

WAYDTGKU: seduction, temping, guess I'm doing OPKs now, supplements, GF and DF diet, measles vaccine

R/R: today is my follow up appointment with my PCP to talk about how things are going on the antidepressant. Hopefully the first dose of the measles vaccine is included 🤞 I really don't know though because it hasn't been specifically said to me when I would be having it done. Whatever. Just trying to think of other things instead of freaking out about how long it's taking.

It was our 13 year dating anniversary yesterday and I posted a whole long tribute kind of thing to DH on FB late evening and I'm not real excited to read the comments because I mentioned being depressed and going on meds, etc. All the things I don't tell my family because my family has treated me like garbage since I was a toddler. I've always been judged for my interests. I'm the black sheep of the family. The sad thing is, I don't treat others like garbage. That's not who I am. I keep to myself. Everyone else picks on me and my parents and everyone else do nothing to stop it. Gee I wonder why my mental health has been in the toilet for years?? I'm sure the responses are going to be some generic "we love you" message. Or "why didn't you talk to us about this". Again, gee I wonder why!

CS/Q: false alarm 😆 ovulation has not occurred. Might eventually discard that 1 high temp but we'll see.

  • @chindimples04 I often feel like the short weeks really mess me up as far as remembering what day of the week it is!

@fitzfizz ugh!! I can’t believe that they weren’t able to get the results back in a timely manner. That is so so frustrating. I’m sorry that this is happening to you.

@bows22 yay for the work win AND for go-time!

@inthewoods23 happy anniversary!! And I hope the visit goes well. FX they give you that vaccine!

WAYDTGKU: temping, OPKs, PNV, baby aspirin, progesterone after O

R/R: Today is my last day of self-isolation after being out of the state for vacation. I’m having very mixed feelings about going into the school building tomorrow (kids start in-person today). On one hand I’ve been feeling very out of it doing all the beginning of the year stuff virtually, but obviously I’m also not looking forward to being in a building with a ton of people. I’m sure it’ll be fine!

CS/Q: I was so totally convinced O was yesterday, but judging by this temp dip it’s today. Gotta work on convincing DH for one more HIO session tonight!

  • @inthewoods23 I don’t know if you always write “seduction” but that cracked me up today. Good luck at your appointment! I hope you can get the vaccine and get it over with. Also, I’m sorry that you are treated that way. Everyone on here knows that you treat everyone with kindness and I’m sorry you don’t get the same treatment from your family.

@runningoncookies I would have mixed feelings about going back into a school too. It’s really mentally exhausting for me to go anywhere these days. Good luck with the HIO sesh!
  • @runningoncookies I would have a hard time about going back too. I've heard mask usage isn't great at the high school here and they're not doing any kind of enforcement or discipline with it. *sigh* we're screwed.

@bows22 lol I think this is the first time I've written seduction but it's gonna be the only way to have a chance at success since DH wants to avoid  :#

R/R: Well I called in sick yesterday with my vertigo. Today I seem to be feeling alot better so far, just tired and a little sore but going to go into work as we have a very busy day today. Been having a lot of dizziness, headaches and nausea. :( I hope it goes away soon. Does anyone else get headaches during there AF time from hormones?

    CS/Q: Nothing exciting.

@runningoncookies GL with going back into the school building tomorrow. Hopefully it goes ok. HIO tonight! lol 😉

@bows22 Yay for the flashing smiley OPK. Go get it girl 😉lol also, congrats for the breakthrough at work yesterday. Good job. Sounded like a big headache.

@chindimples04 You are not alone today.. I thought it was Friday also haha. Damit its not :(

@fitzfizz Ugh that sucks. I'm sorry you won't get your results/testing back in time to try this cycle. That's frustrating. I'm sorry it's making you in a funk. I hope your able to cheer up soon.

@inthewoods23 I'm so sorry you got treated like garbage since you were a toddler. That's horrible. They should treat you better. Well if it's any consolation, I like you and think your amazing. ❤ I hope your appt today goes well and also I hope you can also get the measles vaccine too.

  • @chindimples04 short weeks always through me off too! Here's to hoping today goes by quickly and it's Friday before we know it! :D
@fitzfizz ugh that's totally frustrating, I'm sorry for the delay. I hope you can do something fun this weekend to take your mind off it.
@bows22 woo, wins all around! You go girl!
@inthewoods23 lol the seduction comment made me laugh too  :D FX you get your measles vaccine today!
@runningoncookies GL convincing your DH, maybe take some seduction tips from @inthewoods23! ;)
@mindyb2019 I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well :( I get headaches from hormones too, but it's usually when AF is on its way.

R/R: Today is a good day so far! Any day I can keep a positive attitude around everything is a win for me! :) Work has been crazy busy lately but is slowing down a bit, which is good. Hopefully it can be low key and not stressful just in time for ovulation ;)

    CS/Q: none

  • @mindyb2019 I’m glad you’re feeling better! I don’t get headaches during AF, but I do get pretty wicked anxiety leading up to it (even before TTC). The havoc hormones wreak on your body always amazes me.

@lauren_0620 keep the positive mindset going! I hope work continues to be chill throughout the day haha
  • @mindyb2019 I know when you are on the pill you can get migraines right before AF and it has to do with hormones so I imagine there are other hormonal causes too. I hope you feel better!

@lauren_0620 love the positive attitude! I hope everything stays low key for awhile!
  • @inthewoods23 I think I will probably take a break from the dailies, or at least not every day, since I have nothing to say. I hope by the time you read this you have had the vaccine! It would be so odd if they won’t just do it while you are there.

@runningoncookies I’m sure it will feel very weird to be around people again, but you get used to it quickly. I’m sure you will do great.

@mindyb2019 I’m glad your vertigo is feeling better! I know headaches around AF are pretty common. Drink plenty of water today, it sometimes helps.

@lauren_0620 I’m glad things are slowing down with work, that is always nice.
  • @fitzfizz yes I did get it! All good for dose 1. I wasn't entirely sure if it was going to happen since they were just like "we'll have your PCP put in the order when you have your follow up appointment with her next week". Couldn't tell if that meant it would be done or not based on their wording, but it was  :) I guess there was a bit of an issue getting those results from the RE. They said they had sent it by fax but my PCP didn't get it. Idk, they got it eventually I guess.
