R/R: Ready to start a new day! The client emergency that I’ve been dealing with for the past week should get finalized today so I can finally move on with my life and tackle my to do list. TTC wise, I’m using CB digital advanced again and I still had a low reading this morning. Last cycle I started getting high on CD 11, so I’m happy that maybe this means a later O since I’d like my cycles to push back a bit to avoid PMS/AF at an inconvenient time next month. I mean I guess I could get KU and avoid it altogether but that seems less realistic haha.
CS/Q:
Month/Cycle: 40

WAYDTGKU: supplements, temping, and GF and DF diet at least, not sure if we're TTA or not
R/R: I can't log into the work VPN this morning so my day is off to a lovely start. I think the issue is that my password expired yesterday so I can't log on with an expired password. Part of the problem is that the last reminder email I got was last week Tuesday so I didn't think about changing the password last week or yesterday. And of course I can't change my password unless I'm connected to the VPN so I need IT support. Hopefully they get back to me soon so I can do the other half of my job.
CS/Q: had a big temp spike today but maybe it was the cat being between my legs. I did an OPK last night that was super negative so I can't imagine O'ing on CD14. But I did have that EWCM for a day 🤔 hmmm.

R/R: Had a good long weekend. Enjoyed the family BBQ at my in laws. Had ribs, salmon, potato salad, baked beans, garlic bread etc.. All was sooo yummy. Another hot sunny day today. It’s supposed to be cooking hot out all week long. I’m not sure if I'm going to make it in to work today. I woke up with a bad episode of my vertigo. I haven't had one for like a year and a half now. I feel really nauseous and the room is spinning and I walk like I'm drunk so I don't really think its safe to drive my car this morning. Maybe it will pass soon. We will see
Ugh I hate this feeling.
CS/Q: Nothing Exciting
@bows22 that's good your getting low on your OPKs. I hope you can push back O a bit. I'm glad your client emergency will be finalized soon so you can on with your life. Yay! I hope you have a great day.
@inthewoods23 connection problems are the worst part of working remotely.
@mindyb2019 I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well. I would agree you shouldn't be driving when you feel like that. I hope it passes.

WAYDTGKU: OPKs (1st cycle), BBT, PNV, and trying to HIO EOD
R/R: Got a spike on the OPKs, yesterday afternoon, but it is back down today. I wasn't great with my hydration yesterday, so I wonder if this was the cause or if it was a really short surge? I might post on the OPK thread. DH and I had our fantasy football draft last night, and I stayed up later than usual, then was up early for an 8 a.m. zoom meeting. I am now exhausted and just getting by on extra coffee. One more zoom meeting left, otherwise I can hide in my office and muscle through this day. Tacos for dinner, so that is good
CS/Q: no spike yet, but hoping it is soon.

@bows22 glad things are settling down for you at work!
haha we lost power briefly last week and I was somewhat hoping it wouldn't come back on so I could have an excuse not to work
@inthewoods23 ugh that is annoying. Sounds like a good excuse to take the day off!
@mindyb2019 so sorry you're not feeling well today! I hope it gets better soon.
@doubleup8 you have me craving tacos now

R/R: Based on my CM, I think I'm in my fertile window right now so DH and I will start HIO EOD now. The timed intercourse has been a challenge for us the last few months so fingers crossed it seems like less of a chore and is easier this month.
CS/Q: none
@l@lauren_0620 I actually feel like over time it’s become less chore-like (except for maybe the last 1-2 times in FW haha) so hopefully you will experience that too!
@DoubleUp8 thank goodness for coffee!
@lauren_0620 haha I have the same thoughts when the power goes out! Actually, we had that earlier this summer with a massive storm. We were without power for 20 hours!! It went out right before the end of the work day and didn't get restored until about 1:30pm the next day. We still ate stuff in the fridge that was probably a bit sketch from the fridge warming up but no one got super sick
@bows22 hilariously, I could join the Teams meeting we have in the morning, but shortly after is when the popups came asking for me to re-enter my password. I had to call our IT to get help because if they sent anything by email or in chat I wouldn't get it since it kicked me out. He was like "I sent you the reset password". Yeah great, I literally can't log in to anything to see that email. I've been trying to reset the password again to something not generic and it won't let me! My computer keeps telling me it doesn't meet the length, complexity, or history requirements the company has. Just wtf?? I checked with the IT guy and he hasn't been helpful. He did offer to reset it to what I wanted but I don't want him to know my password. Not that I don't trust him. I'm going to try again tomorrow after my computer has been off for the night.

CS/Q: Nope
@keikilove I OPKed again today and it was slightly darker so if I had to guess, I should see a positive tomorrow (possibly tonight). Guess I'm throwing the "no OPKs" out the window now. I will say, starting testing way later in the cycle actually feels way less stressful - and less waste! I've always started really early since I used to use the advanced digital ones from CB and those always told me to start on like CD 9 or 10. With the cheapies I really should start no later than maybe CD13 since O is generally between CD16 and 20 normally. I'm definitely feeling the twinges on my right side today so O must be imminent. GL being productive at work! We've been rainy today too, and only in the 50s so of course I'm saying fall came waaaay too fast! I think we pop back up into the 60s and 70s towards the weekend though.

@babyfeverbeliever I put it next to my phone, so when I go to grab my phone in the mornings it is right there.
@keikilove Rainy and feeling sleepy are a deadly combination. I hope you can make it through! Good luck with your meeting. And thanks for your comment! As I said, I think the unknowns of the first cycle have me second guessing, once I get through this one I will be more comfortable with OPKs.

@keikilove it was super raining her today, too. And really cold! 45 and rain all day yesterday and today. It would be lovely if I could just be home by myself with a fireplace and books, but I had to work.....
@babyfeverbeliever I have an alarm set on my phone for early in the morning, late enough for me to get a solid amount of sleep before temping but early enough where I can still go back to sleep, and only temp at that time. Then I have my separate “wake up” alarm. It has worked really well for me.
@lauren_0620 by time 4, I’m over it. 🤣 Session 4-6 is obligatory and we are both done by then. Lol. I did buy lingerie to try to help....spice things up. It kind of worked. Lol.
@DoubleUp8 I suppose there is a chance you had a super short surge, especially looking at CM and CP, too, but the lack of temp spike has me thinking otherwise. Our bodies are V confusing.
@mindyb2019 ugh! I had vertigo really bad in middle school! It’s the worst feeling. I’m sorry you’re dealing with that! Hopefully it resolves soon m!
@imthewoods23 I saw blame the cat! I hope you were able to get the other half of your work done today.
@bows22 I hear you on wanting to avoid AF/PMS at a certain time! AF lines up almost perfectly with the long weekend this pst weekend. 1 heavy day on my super easy work day, and everything else was at home. It was perfect! I hope AF is delayed...but preferably by 9 months rather than a few days! 😉
