How are your other kids doing this week? The oldest started virtual Kindergarten last week and we are all very emotional about it. The youngest gives no f*cks and does what ever he wants, when ever he wants. He's lucky he's cute!
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? This will be our last and we weren't officially trying, so I'm so thrilled it's gone this way!
GTKY: Did anything about your kid(s) "personality" line up with how they were in utero or as a newborn? (i.e. super active/mellow, stubborn, takes forever, etc.) - The oldest was nearly 2 weeks past due and he's so dang slow! Slow getting in the car, slow eating, etc!

How are your other kids doing this week? She's good! She is in daycare and apparently has finally decided to start trying to use the potty there so hopefully that will stick this week and we can keep it up over the weekend.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? None of the above! Just excited to get this show on the road. We are going to start telling family this week and then assuming our first scan goes well, we'll announce somewhere around 12-13 weeks which would be close to/on Halloween!

(i.e. super active/mellow, stubborn, takes forever, etc.): Not really in utero but on her way out, she did decide on her own timing for the final push of delivery when nobody was ready and that part seems to have stuck hahaha. She definitely likes to do things on her own terms and in her own time.
How are your other kids doing this week? He’s good. He’s been a bit clingy on me for the past week and it’s been a bit difficult. DH can’t seem to get him to calm so I need to constantly come to the rescue.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? Very excited to have this board open! It was so nice during my last pregnancy so I’m excited to go through all the things with you ladies.

the takes forever thing is SO accurate. I had to be induced to get him out and even then it took over 24 hours.

How are your other kids doing this week? Fall allergies have kicked up around here so shes dealing with a runny nose, but besides that shes just as stubborn and strong headed as ever!
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? I hate the fact that basically nothing is allowed the first 12 weeks. I went on an all out hunt in my house for some kind of allergy medicine I can take only to remember the recommendation to take NOTHING the first 12 weeks. So yea.

And if I pushed on her she would immediately kick me. DH would always say she doesnt like to be poked - and sure enough, she HATES being pestered. The immediate reaction to kick is still there haha

How are your other kids doing this week? 6 year old started 1st grade yesterday and he is such a stubborn kid, us being in charge is no help to him haha. My daughter has been very emotional this week for no reason, maybe a growth spurt idk lol.
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? Just patiently waiting for my ultrasound next week. Super bummed my husband can't come because of covid. He goes to almost all my appointments with me.

(i.e. super active/mellow, stubborn, takes forever, etc.) My son got stuck and they had to do an emergency c-sect and now he always has to do everything his way and refuses to do things the way we tell him to haha. My daughter totally tricked us, we thought she was going to be the easy one she nursed so easy and then slept so easy and so well for the first 3 weeks then she started being difficult and hasn't stopped crying since😂

How are your other kids doing this week? We are gearing up to start school. 3 kids all online. I feel like I’m going to go crazy
Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? I have not told my husband yet. We are suppose to go camping with my family this weekend and I know if I tell him he will slip and tell someone. I’m still processing. We were “done” 😂.

With my first pregnancy I was sick and miserable almost everyday for 9 months. My 4 year old is still needy AF and likes to suck the life out of me, ha.

Rants/Raves? Concerns/Questions? I seem to have forgotten basically all of my pregnancy and early postpartum knowledge, so I am feeling the same FTM nerves I had last time! How’d you ladies remember anything from the first time around? I was busy just trying to survive 😂

(i.e. super active/mellow, stubborn, takes forever, etc.) She always loved to dance in my belly, and she really hasn’t stopped since. She uses our freezer handle as a ballet bar, and she sings/dances a lot of her responses to questions. She’s hilarious.
