I'm doing groceries tomorrow so hopefully I can get all I need.
Vegetarian over here!
Breakfast: Fruit fruit fruit. I bought some Museli (sp?) last week & that seems to help on the sicker feeling days. I do have some eggs & mushrooms handy, but not sure I'll be interested this week.
Lunches: Planning to buy canned soups tomorrow. I can pair with veggies & hummus, or with a sandwich if I'm hungrier (tomato sandwich or cheese sandwich). I'd like to make a homemade soup, but I think I'd get bored if it's the same daily.
Monday: Leftovers Tuesday: Taco pie (Layers of tortilla, veggie beef, taco sauce, cheese. Hubby calls it "taco burger"). Side veg. Wednesday: Butter Chick(peas) lol. With naan & some veggies mixed in or on side. We have a VH sauce for this. Thursday: Hmm... something sandwichy.. lol. Friday: Fast food Friday Saturday: Pan fried gnocchi with veggies & oil probably Sunday: Shepherd's pie with lentils (too early for this lol?)

definitely less interested in cooking these days but we’re doing ok so far. Stuck with the plan 6/7 days last week and splurged on unplanned Thai delivery Saturday night. I don’t regret that decision at all!
So while my meal plan game got strong during quarantine, nausea and food aversions are making it nearly impossible. I'm actually looking into daily harvest. Seems like the easiest way to get good food in.
We tried to put a meal plan together, now we're moving two weeks from Friday...hopefully. This whole selling and buying a house at the same time is seriously the worst thing I've ever gone through. Every time a problem is smoothed over with the selling of our house a new one comes up with the buying of our new house, and vice versa.
Monday: Spaghetti with italian sausage and homemade pasta sauce from garden veggies. (I can do sausage links, but not sausage on pizza? Pregnancy is weird.) Tuesday: BLT's Wednesday: Scalloped potatoes and ham Thursday: Grilling burgers Friday:BLTs again? We have so many tomatoes!
@rexnie oo applesauce! I also just saw jello as a morning sickness remedy to get fluids in or something and I might make some.
We have a big conference at the end of the month and they usually feed us at work since we're there long hours right now so...I just found out starting next week they're giving us $30 twice a week so we can expense for lunch (edited to add: since we are NOT in the office this year) and I'm so excited for Panera or something that DH can pick up when he gets DD1 at daycare around lunchtime.
We have meal kits coming that DH can cook so my family won't starve. It also takes a huge burden off of the grocery shopping and less food waste. But I cold NOT eat last nights steak. So I just had cauliflower for dinner (one of the sides) and some greek yogurt later. Idk how some of you are doing this. I can't even think about food (or at least, non-takeout food).
You guys are all amazing for meal planning!! My aversions change literally by the minute. I can't plan at all because even though a particular food sounds good today, by tomorrow I'm like omg I can't believe I could think about eating that yesterday! I am being the most annoying person ever and just sending my husband out whenever I feel like I can actually stomach a meal. (Can you pick me up soup from Panera? Can you run to the store and get special k cereal? etc.)
I planned! Haha I mentioned this before but basically I can’t smell it or think about it while I cook it and then I can eat it 😆
monday: sour cream chicken enchiladas tuesday: taco salad wednesday: brisket & mac and cheese thursday: sheet pan greek chicken & pasta friday: pizza & salad
I did make lentil soup this weekend and besides the fact that I couldn’t handle smelling it, it was delish & filling & healthy! @kelseyyh had you reco’d lentils? I can’t remember but THANK YOU 😂
@goldpolkadot I did recommend it & decided to get it on the menu. We eat so many of the processed vegetarian meats and lentils are such a nice alternative!! Hubby doesn’t like it as much but oh well lol.

I can’t handle meal planning. Or even being in the room when DH is cooking. But thanks to this thread I know I need jello and soup, so thanks for the ideas! 😂
Re: Meal Plan Monday 08/31
I’ve only planned as far as tonight and tomorrow: pasta and breadsticks. And I’m not even sure I’ll be able to do the pasta. We’ll see.
