@mindyb2019 while I have never had poutine, I will say I absolutely LOVE vinegar. Salt and vinegar chips 100%. People think it's so overpowering but I love things with vinegar.
I'm not at the level of having a tablespoon of it every date for health benefits though lol.

I feel like poutine has started to trickle its way down here to the States, I've definitely gotten it a few times in the last couple years (but never tried it before a couple years ago) and I agree that it's pretty delicious! Never had it with vinegar though, now I want to try that.
@mindyb2019 I had read a list of Canadian stereotypes a few years ago and apparently loving vinegar on everything is a Canadian stereotype. I’m super amused that you commented that you love it! Do you also put ketchup on everything, love Nanaimo bars, and think any non-maple syrup is sacrilegious? 🙋🏼♀️ I am apparently a stereotype because I love all of these things. Also, poutine is amazing!
