    I hilariously remembered that I can see how many times we've logged our calls and emails. What prompted this is that I took a call with a customer that I know has called us before (caller ID) but I didn't catch his company's name. So I was going to do a search of his name to see what got logged for the other times he's called (which have all been from my coworker since I've never talked to the guy before). Well the guy's name doesn't come up.

    And that's how I found out my coworker isn't doing a good job of logging his stuff. In the last 2 months, I have entered twice as many as he has. And I have more responsibilities than he does!! I never understand this because he starts at 8:30 instead of 8 so he typically will be working until 5:30 and our phones are set up to only ring to us between 8 and 5 so he has at least a half hour every day of no phone interruptions to do the logging at the end of the day. Flabberghasting.

    Labs | high TSH, Factor XIII mutation, high %CD56
    Follow up | 8.8.23 | prescribed metformin, prednisone, plaquenil, and levothyroxine
    Repeat labs after 3 weeks on meds
    Follow up | 11.9.23 | Green light!, increase in prednisone, added lovenox
    Repeat labs in 8 weeks
    Follow up | 1.16.24 | Green light continues
    TTC ended due to filing divorce

    @keikilove omg you have no idea lol. And he's the one constantly like "we should get more pay and more PTO". Well freaking work for it and maybe you'll be rewarded when the pandemic is over!

    It's the one downside I have with my manager. He's a little too easy-going and I don't think he pushes enough on getting my coworker to do things better and be more urgent. I would have had him on a PIP already! Makes me curious about his layoff from his last job. It's possible it was a restructuring thing, but now I'm wondering.

    Coworker update. He just admitted this morning that he hasn't worked on an upcoming customer presentation during his focus times the last 2 days.
