  I don't think any type or variety of movement is abnormal, and every pregnancy is different. Only an ultrasound can tell you if you're carrying multiples or not. Internet strangers definitely can't.

  If you’ve had any ultrasound already, the odds of them having missed a multiple are pretty low.

  If its true movement and not just has bubbles, baby does have a lot of room to move - not impossible to feel baby in different areas...
