I accidentally took Aleve

in 1st Trimester
I had a massive headache and I took one aleve. Then of course I read they can cause miscarriage!  Will I be ok? I only took one and I tried to throw it up but I didn’t see the pill come out. I’m freaking out. I’m only 8 weeks 2 days.

    An Aleve is not going to do harm if taken only one time.  just don't take any again, and please do not make yourself throw up.  Have some Tyenol on hand, in case you need go take something, again.  If you havd concerns about OTC meds, call your foc office.
