    Month/Cycle: 4/4
    CD/DPO: 19/?
Timing: ? We were benched for most of the
    Typical LP length: 12-14
Testing: no plans unless AF doesn't come
R/R: I finally got into the doctor about my weird bleeding and spotting. Every thing checked out on a sonogram, but they took blood work to check hormone levels just to be safe. I'm going in again at the end of the month after my next AF to get checked again. DH and I were unbenched, but we probably missed the best part of the window, CD 11-18, so I'm just hanging out here probably waiting on AF, which I would normally get in about 7-9 days.
CS/Q: Small rise in temperature the part two days, though this morning DH and I got in a little BD before I got to the thermometer 😉, so O might have been a little late. We'll see if I get CH on yesterday or today. I expect tomorrow's temp could be off because we are camping out. We shall see.

GTKY: Which meal of the day is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, dinner, other?
I like lunch a lot, sandwiches, burgers, fries, etc. So I guess lunch, but I like dinner a lot too!

Timing: every day, sometimes twice a day

Typical LP length: according to ovia, 13 days but it's still to early to know for sure

Testing: still gonna try and hold out until Wednesday

R/R: sorry I didn't show up here much yesterday, I am embarrassed to admit that I have deep dived into reading midnight sun. Please don't judge! It's so bad and so good all at the same time. My only rant is that Edward is far too verbose and this book feels almost double the length of twilight.

    CS/Q:

GTKY: Which meal of the day is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, dinner, other? I love breakfast! Waffles, pancakes, french toast, all so good! This morning I've got cinnamon rolls that rose overnight and just need to go in the oven once everyone wakes up.

  • @DoubleUp8 I hope you got a BD session in before O. So glad you have at least some answers and got off the bench. That U shape for temps is a bit confusing so I'm also curious to see what fertility friend says in the next couple of days.

@Amphibious22 I love homemade cinnamon rolls! What recipe do you use? I love half baked Harvest's for special occasions.

    Month/Cycle: 3/2

    CD/DPO: 27/9

    Timing: every day

Typical LP length: 18-19 days last month

    Testing: Monday or later (11dpo)

    R/R: it's the weekend

CS/Q: normal dip before triphastic rise that doesn't necessarily mean I'm pregnant but got my hopes up last cycle 🙄

GTKY: Which meal of the day is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, dinner, other? Breakfast. I love savory and sweet breakfast. Usually I make DH order something eggs and I order a sweet item (pancakes, waffles, etc) and we share.

@Amphibious22 sometimes you need a cheesy read. I'm on book 2 of the Caraval series.

@kvh22 you're nice to share. I like to have my own! My FF research, because I'm the need who signed up for the email lessons, says there can be a variety of rise styles. One is a slow rise:

    Slow or Sloping Rise
Temperatures may rise in a sloping rise rather than an abrupt shift. The rise may be gentle and curved and may take three to four days to reach the elevated level that clearly shows that ovulation has occurred. A slow rise may show a steady shift in small increments of one tenth of a degree Fahrenheit over four or five days.

Edit to add: the BD was really just for fun, not to try ☺️

    Sample chart

I actually found the pictures of the different charts helpful as a noob.

  • @DoubleUp8 lol he's the one who begrudgingly shares. I want some of each so it's orchestrated by me 😂
That's super interesting about the different rises and makes sense with your chart. Mine has always had a small temp jump (which ends up being 1dpo but is hard to tell at the time) and then a bigger jump/spike at 2dpo. But now that I'm using OPKs it's kind of weird that I'm ovulating as late as possible after the surge so I might be a day ahead. Idk.

  • @kvh22 I don't follow a recipe bc I make them most Saturday mornings so it's like muscle memory. It's pretty similar to this recipe though: https://thestayathomechef.com/best-homemade-cinnamon-rolls-ever/

@DoubleUp8 I love a good cheesy YA novel. Plus I was very into twilight when they came out (like I went the the midnight release of breaking dawn at Barnes & Noble  :# ) so it takes me back to those days.

@Amphibious22 I didn't start reading the twilight series until right before the 4th came out, so I didn't have to wait.

@kvh22 there are several different types of rises.

    Here are the chart examples:

  • Month/Cycle: 2/2

    CD/DPO: 18 / 1 DPO

    Timing: -3, -1

Typical LP length: *trigger warning* I haven’t had a LP in awhile due to a pregnancy, breastfeeding and then another pregnancy and miscarriage so I don’t really know what’s normal for me right now.  I am going to guess 12-13 days but who knows.

Testing: I’ll probably start next weekend with the cheapies.

R/R: It’s the WEEEEEKEND!!!  Also I forgot to wear my Ava bracelet until the middle of the night last night so I have no idea how accurate my temp is.

CS/Q: FF keeps telling me I won’t ovulate til next week even though my OPKs have already indicated it’s risen and declined. 😡 I don’t think it knows what to do since my temps have been strange

GTKY: Which meal of the day is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, dinner, other? I love all snacks. But if I had to pick, dinner.  I love eating. Period.

  • @kvh22 I do the same thing with my husband when we eat out!

@DoubleUp8 Glad you got into the dr and off the bench.  Maybe you'll get lucky this month even without really trying!

@Amphibious22 I love breakfast too!  I've tried cinnamon rolls twice during pandemic though and haven't been too thrilled with the results.

    Month/Cycle: 1/1

    CD/DPO: 27/8

    Timing: -5, -1, 0

    Typical LP length: unsure

Testing: daily from here on out

R/R: Rave: I've been sleeping so well lately.  I have had sleep issues my whole adult life so this is huge for me.  I started doing an hour-long routine every night starting at 9 and I go to sleep at 10.  I don't follow it religiously but it's helped so much.  I took a nap today (which is very unusual for me) so hopefully I didn't mess myself up for tonight.

CS/Q: When do you consider yourself "out" for a month?  Not until AF arrives?  Or after a BFN on a certain day?

GTKY: Which meal of the day is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, dinner, other?  Probably breakfast.  I love both sweet and savory breakfast.  Probably my all time favorite is yogurt with fresh fruit (preferably mango) and granola.  It's so good and also makes me feel energized and healthy.  If I just have carbs in the morning I usually feel pretty bad in a couple of hours.

  • @kadeephd I consider myself out probably at 13dpo...then I just say WFAF. I have long LPs.

@BuckeyeNut05 I'm also unsure of my exact LP length. It was 18-19 days last cycle which shouldn't be a thing.

    Babysizer Cravings Pregnancy Baby Tracker

  • @kvh22 That seems reasonable.  I'm trying not to get too disappointed but if I don't get a bfp by day 10 I think I'll be mentally out even if I'm not physically out.

I just found this chart that shows the % of actually pregnant women that got positive hpts on each day starting at 8 dpo, with urine from different times.  I'm not sure how many women were involved but I found it interesting and thought I'd share.

@kadeephd ETA that chart is super interesting! *TW prior pregnancy*

    I got a negative on a cheapie at 10dpo and positive at 11. I don't think I'd use a FRER before 11dpo

    *TW prior pregnancy*
I had a positive with a cheapie at 10dpo last time which is why I think I have that day in my head as when I'd need to get a bfp if I'm actually pregnant.

  • @DoubleUp8 I meant to ask how you signed up for the lessons from FF? I might as well go down that rabbit hole 😂🤓

    Babysizer Cravings Pregnancy Baby Tracker

  • Hi ladies! I was MIA yesterday; my BIL came over, and it was nice to catch up.

@DoubleUp8 yay for pre O BD!

@Amphibious22 I'm not really into Twilight, but everyone needs a cheesy YA novel every now and then. Also, now I want cinnamon rolls!

@kvh22 ugh, I hate things that "are commonly seen on charts of pregnant women, but can also be seen on non-pregnant charts". So frustrating!

@kadeephd I'm glad you're sleeping well, hopefully your routine helps make it a more permanent state. As for your question
I had a positive in the late afternoon/early evening at 10 DPO with my last pregnancy, but I have been trying to wait until 12DPO to say I'm out if its negative.

    Month/Cycle: 13/11

    CD/DPO: CD21, 4DPO

    Timing: -5, -3, -1, O

    Typical LP length: 11-12 days

Testing: I'm hoping to get to 12DPO

R/R: My BIL came over, which was really nice. My rant is mainly against myself, for just being off plan. I have been on weight watchers, and have been dong really well, but the last week was just not good. Ok, rant/pity party over.

    CS/Q: Nope

GTKY: Which meal of the day is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, dinner, other? Hmmm...I think it's breakfast for me too. Although, I do like tacos and burgers, so maybe it's a tie with dinner.

  • @bbrahmbhatt Try not to beat yourself up!  Hope you feel good about next week.

I also found this breakdown by pregnancy test.  It tells you the level of hcg needed to get a positive result on each test, and if you click the test it gives you the breakdown of (false) negatives and positives for pregnant women using that type of test at each dpo.  Just figured I'd share the results of my obsessive googling with others who might appreciate it.

  • *lurking from WTO since it appears that I'll be joining you imminently!*

@kadeephd thanks for sharing both those charts! I've bookmarked for future reference. For myself, I have LPD so usually if I start spotting before 10DPO, I don't even bother to test. (Last cycle I started spotting 8DPO.)
@DoubleUp8 I've also been reading through the FF lessons. 🤓
