Re: WTO Thursday 8.6
Month/Cycle: 1/1 AL, initially started Dec 19
CD: 9
WAYDTGKU: BBT and OPKs. At this point mainly just trying to see if/when I actually O this month, since I am losing faith that my test results will be back before FW, and I am benched until they come back.
R/R: I made a fun cocktail last night with some chamomile liqueur we got in Spain. It was really good, but now I am sad that it doesn’t appear to be available here and we only have a tiny bottle.
CS/Q: I remember my temps being very consistent in the past, and now, not so much. It is my first cycle after the loss, so who knows.
Month/Cycle: 2/3
CD: 3
WAYDTGKU: bleeding 🤣 but BBT, OPKs, PNV, CP and CM after AF leaves,
R/R: This has been a really particularly heavy period for me. I soaked through 5 super absorbent pads yesterday. I hope that means I’m flushing everything out to create a super homey ute. 🤣 I was supposed to get a me day today but that fell through and I’m super bummed about it. 😔
CS/Q: major temp dip this morning. TW in 1st spoiler *LC*
Me: 26 DH: 27
TTC #1 | June '18-August '18 | DD | Born April 21, 2019 | Due May 10, 2019

@chindimples04 I hate heavy days! That sounds about right for my heavy days. That sucks that you don't get a "me" day!
Month/Cycle: 38/27
CD: 10
WAYDTGKU: OPKs (if I would freaking remember!), HIO - time to start!, temping, supplements, GF and DF diet, May Hype
R/R: I had a dream last night that my cat died
she's good and alive though. I think this came about from a FB post in one of the million cat groups I'm in
where someone was remembering their cat who died when they were 8 or 10. Must have stuck with me because Gir turned 8 this year so she's technically a senior kitty! But she still acts like a young cat - for a stocky 11lbs she sure runs fast through our living room! I would be a wreck if she died
Can I go back to the BFP dreams? Those were at least hopeful dreams!
CS/Q: I forgot to use an OPK this morning
so I will have to wait for later this morning or afternoon. CD10 is technically too early based on the recommended start in the instructions since I don't O until CD17 usually, but I may as well do them at the same time we start HIO.
Dx: low morph (1%), ANA positive, low decidualization score, high TSH and testosterone, histone antibodies

@chindimples04 YES! Let's get that ute all prepped for this cycle. FX!
@inthewoods23 that is not a fun dream to have but the Facebook trigger might very well be the source. I am looking forward to your HIO analogies in the days to come. ;-)
Month/Cycle: 7/7
CD: 16
WAYDTGKU: a bit of everything
R/R: rave -- hubby's blood tests came back and... first Yay! I guess they got enough blood before he passed out so he doesn't need to re-do them and a second Yay! that they're all in range. Woot.
Also had a bunch of back-and-forth with RE office (they are SO responsive by email) about next steps and currently scheduled for a f/u on 8/25 to formalize our plan. But I was originally offered a f/u on 8/20, which I declined because I'm off that week and want to be OFF the GRID. Alas, I looked at my cycle schedule and now I'm afraid that if I push it out to 8/25, I'll miss the start of my next cycle which could mean not being able to do an IUI. So this morning I emailed them and asked if I could get that 8/20 spot instead. I'll just have to plan to be on the grid, but this is important, dammit!
CS/Q: temps are pretty low and fairly steady. No sign of my normally fertile CM. I did decide to start using the CB AOPK yesterday, and got a flashing smiley today, but I don't know how long that'll last.
I am definitely NOT about to ovulate based on my OPKs.

@inthewoods23 I hate dreams like that!! I'm glad your kitty is ok and give her some big hugs today. Mine is an old lady who acts like a kitten too. Totally random, but were you able to get the paint on Watson touched up? I randomly thought of that yesterday bc I noticed a scratch on my car.
@fitzfizz I think your chart looks fine for the beginning of your cycle! Those temp changes look big now bc there's not a lot of data but further on in your cycle they'll probably look flatter once you have more temps. I love Spain! Where did you go? I've only been to Barcelona and Madrid but loved my time there.
@chindimples04 sorry for the super heavy AF! Also sorry you're losing your ME day, hopefully you can reschedule to a day that's AF free!
@acleverusername glad they got enough blood from YH and he won't need to go through that trauma again! FX you can reschedule to the 20th! Also super jealous about your time to unplug. I saw in yesterday's WTO you were able to go on a hike with a friend- do you have more hikes planned for your days off?
@sienna221 thank goodness for coffee!!!

WAYDTGKU: HSG tomorrow.
R/R: hi! I haven't been on in a few days bc we lost power @asf0613 did you get yours back? I'm kind of in a funk too and might take a break from the dailies. Between all the back to school stuff, covid, TTTGP, and just general uncertainty I think I need a break from focusing so much on my cycles. I have a follow up with my RE in two weeks for official diagnosis stuff, and we're thinking if I'm not KU by the end of the year we're going to stop. I'm feeling at peace with that decision but then had a dream last night that is making me feel down.
**TW LC, loss mentioned**
TL;DR of my R/R today: I am a giant raincloud being a Debbie Downer. I don't want to bring everyone else down so am taking a break from the dailies.
CS/Q:
@sienna221 I have a feeling she's going to be around for much longer
@gusgus14 it was hard losing our first hedgehog last year and that of course got me thinking about losing my cat and so much "oh noooo" went through my mind. I will be a wreck! It's a nice bonus working from home when you can act super pissy and no one will see it
@_orchid_ I have the appointment for the paint next week! I guess that was the earliest I could get in. Oh no what a sad dream! Take care of yourself. We're here for you

@_orchid_ -
@chindimples04 ugh, sorry about your heavy AF, that's such a pain.
@inthewoods23 omg, I have pets dying/escaping dreams all the time and they are the worst! So stressful and sad, glad your kitty is doing good IRL though.
@acleverusername so glad your H's blood work news is good! Also just wanted to say again, thanks so much for the info yesterday. I didn't get a chance to respond to your last comment but I'm reading that article you linked now and it's super informative, I really appreciate it.
@sienna221 totally agree with you about the drinking! My only AF consolation is being able to take a really hot bath with a glass or two of wine, which is exactly what I did yesterday.
@_orchid_ I'm so sorry you're feeling down, that's such a tough position to be in (and sad dreams don't help anything). Definitely take a break if you feel like you need space from constantly thinking about this stuff. Sending lots of good thoughts!

R/R: Rave is my CD3 tests came back great, and everything from my combined tests (CD 3, CD 21, CD 29) points to good ovarian reserves etc. The low progesterone is apparently the problem, so my doctor wants to redo the CD21 blood work to see if last time was a fluke. My rant is that my doctor still refuses to accept that I ovulate on CD20, so CD21 blood work is going to be of limited use to get an accurate progesterone reading. I am very not excited about the idea of looking for a different doctor, but maybe it's time to start thinking about that.
@inthewoods23 I got 8/20 so YAY appointment buddies.
@gusgus14 Yowza! Doesn't sound like a great work situation. I think you and @inthewoods23 can probably commiserate over terrible colleagues!
@the_most_happy what is wrong with your OB for not understanding what Day 21 test is supposed to measure?! That just blows my mind. 🤯If I were you, I'd just show up 7 days after you ovulated and take the test then. Also, yw; I am super happy to pass on any and all of the knowledge I've gathered during my TTC journey thus far.

@_orchid_ I can empathize with needing to be less focused on TTC. I really hope that you aren't here much longer!
@the_most_happy That is so frustrating! I agree with @acleverusername about just going 7 days after O. It is very frustrating when the OB doesn't listen. I think the important thing is to get the level 7 days after O, whenever that is.
@inthewoods23 that is a terrible dream! I hope you get some extra kitty snugs today.
@chindimples04 heavy days are the worst! Hopefully you're just preparing the coziest little nest
@fitzfizz That drink looks fantastic! Love Spain and want to go back badly. Where did you travel there?
@chindimples04 FX you can get a me day soon!
@inthewoods23 I chuckled at your comment about your stocky 11 lb cat. My parents' cat is a slim 18 lbs...
@acleverusername yay for in range results! Hopefully the appt will be quick so you won't have to be "on the grid" for too long
@sienna221 guilt-free drinking is a good thing!
@gusgus14 I often try to knock out HIO in the morning b/c I often do not have the energy at night...
@_orchid_ Take care of yourself -- sending good thoughts
@the_most_happy yay for all of the positive results. That's so frustrating that your OB won't listen to you about when you ovulate. I mean, YOU are the one who's tracking everything, after all

R/R: My district is likely to choose a hybrid model and it's going to be a whole lot more work for me than solely remote or solely in-person. And I don't really see how it's safer considering I will still be in contact with the same amount of students. It's been a rough mental health day dealing with it.
CS/Q: I thought I had ovulated, but I still have EW CM, so maybe not... or maybe this might end up being an anovulatory cycle...ugh.
@acleverusername My MFM apt is also on 8/20, so we can be counting down together!
