@1MommyRunner I have always prayed, but kind of gotten away from church, due to not finding a good fit. I started to try to attend a virtual church service last week (hard to do every weekend with chasing a toddler) but I always find the service helps to center me and feel calmer, I do also try to do the morning prayer here and there when I catch it during the week now too.
