    Today I wanted to throw my kid through the window while we were doing school. I love him but Friday’s are my least favorite school days.

    I'm so tempted to do a deep social media purge, close friends and family members included. I really want to educate people on certain topics, but I can't handle the instant defensive a-holeness, word twisting and name calling that seems to go with it. I'm too tired to handle the stupid right now. (I'm all for having an intelligent debate, that just never seems to happen /sigh).

    @WildMagelet I have cut my Facebook use back to no posts and only checking my groups. And I went through and deleted over 150 people and I may do it again. I’m only using IG right now and it has been a much better experience. I also edited out the pages I follow on IG to be things that build me and are educational for me too. 
    TLDR: do it. You’ll be happier.

    @mdfarmchick I am the same way! I only use ig now. People can be so rude and bullheaded and Facebook just has wayyy too much open commentary for me.

    You can hide people from having their posts show on your timeline. I do that for people I don’t want to unfriend but I dont want to see their nonsense.

    @WildMagelet @mdfarmchick @babymamadimo I deleted FB about 4 yrs ago and it was the best decision ever. I still have a private account so I can partake in my son’s BMB that switched over (and hopefully this one if the board ever gets more life in it!), but I mainly use IG. So much less drama. And you can still mindlessly scroll through posts 😆

    @szwill86 that is a good idea! I might have to create a private one if we make the switch to Facebook. Otherwise mindless ig scrolling is what I prefer too hahah
