  As you said you are bloated. It's completely normal. Drink extra water, eat extra fiber, and the suppositories may cause some weight gain.  You are pregnant, your body will be changing and may or may not ever go back to pre-pregnancy body (my body never did, my hips got wider, and only lost 10lbs. of my pregnancy weight).  Embrace the changes as a positive....if it is really bothering you talk to your doctor.
