I’m taking Olly brand but to be honest it’s because it’s all they had at Target the day I was there. They are gummies, they’re fine. I might try something different next.
@birdiejo ah that’s the one I got! I don’t love them. I thought I wanted gummies but maybe pills are easier. Plus my DD thinks she can take them too 🤦🏻♀️
I have only ever taken the gummies. Cannot stomach pills. I have the Olly now but in the past always took the Vitafusion. I have a 3 and 1 year old who thought they could take mine as well so I started keeping theirs by mine and we take them together everyday.
I’ve been using One A Day Prenatal with DHA/EPA for as long as I can remember (pregnant and not pregnant). I take it in the AM after my breakfast so I don’t get an upset stomach.
*Edit to add: I get it through subscribe and save on Amazon which has been way cheaper than any place I’ve found in a store.
I was taking the Olly ones when we were TTC and I loved them. I don’t really love the ones I’m on now because they make me feel a little sick when I try to choke them down but I think that’s just because they are a very vitaminy vitamin lol. I have a lot of gaps in my diet so I felt like the Olly prenatals didn’t have enough to fill said gaps. 🙃 I wish they did though. I’d switch back in a nanosecond.
I’ve been taking nature made prenatals. They are pretty big so if you aren’t great at swallowing pills it’s probably not the one for you. I switch to gummies (I think I did vitafusion with my DS) during the weeks my morning sickness is bad since I get such a bad gag reflex.
FYI I think gummy vitamins don’t have iron in them since it’s a hazard that if kids get into them to have an iron overdose. If you need the iron, you will have to get it somewhere else.
I take the Ritual prenatals this time and they have a lemon scent and taste on the coating which is waaaaay better on my nauseous tummy than other brands.
Last pregnancy I took a gummy that (like @moguippy mentioned) did not include iron because it was easier on my stomach and I ended up being iron deficient later in my pregnancy.
I'm taking the Ritual prenatals and I LOVE THEM. They're more expensive, but every brand I used last time made me incredibly nauseated and I felt like I was going to throw up every day when I had to take them. These are easy to swallow, smell like lemon, and they don't cause nausea or burp-back, so they are worth the extra $ atm.

I was looking for a natural whole food brand and this one seemed to have good reviews.
