We got married in beach in NY
He proposed in my fav place in Florence, Italy. He waited til our last day in Florence to propose and literally everything had gone wrong that day. The night before after a wine tour through Chianti region I emailed a friend so bummed telling her it wasn't going to happen, guess I was wrong.
Ohhhhh FUN!! Okay, here we go. Here's our "Walk the Line"-inspired engagement photos. We had them printed on a record sleeve, and our invitations themselves looked like vinyl records (MH is a musician). And our RSVPs were concert tickets.
I didn't wear a traditional wedding dress. I got mine on Lindy Bop and the crinoline & shoes on Amazon.
And here's our rings: my engagement ring is a diamond claddagh, and my wedding band is The One Ring from LOTR, except the inscription on the outside translates to: One ring to show our love, one ring to bind us. One ring to seal our love, and forever to entwine us. MH's wedding band reads Mo Anam Cara in Gaelic, which translates to My Soulmate. The inside of my wedding band says "I love you" and the inside of MH's wedding band says "I Know".

The blue bracelet my grandmother wore in her wedding and she gave to me when I was really young. I lost it the night of my wedding because it fell off with out me knowing.
