I’ve worked out the last 4 days in a row! Yay for starting to get past the first tri symptoms. Yesterday I even doubled up.
My nutrition has been very bad, way too much indulging. I’m starting to track my food more. I’m not looking to “diet” by any means, just be mindful and not gain 70lbs again. I feel so awesome today after a few days of solid workouts though!
I need to start tracking my food too. I’ve been good about working out but definitely over indulging in everything! I keep saying that each week but I’m hoping as I get out of first tri and feeling more normal I can eat more normally too.
I've worked out 4 days so far this week. I'm going to try to do something tomorrow too.
