R/R: it is so hard for me to get good temp readings right now. Sleep has not come easily lately and I know I’m not getting into a deep sleep. I’m constantly waking up and it’s just frustrating. Also, I have to see my ILs today and they aren’t my favorite people. Pray for me...

GTKY: What is your favorite summer beverage? If I’m drinking (which is rare anyway) I love red, white, and berry schmirnoff ice. Otherwise, lemonade is good!

WAYDTGKU: HIO with Conceive+, PNV and other supplements, temping, OPKs, GF and DF diet

R/R: I'd have to say, both DH and I are a bit relieved last cycle didn't work. Due date would have been literally in the middle of our travel robotics competition week and considering our travel regional this year had been to Arkansas 3 states away, that would be tough to manage and plan for with DH being the team advisor. He can't exactly skip out on going with the team and that's an 11 straight road trip so that'd be a long drive back home.

GTKY: What is your favorite summer beverage? I love lemonade!

@inthewoods23 my ILs are in the process of moving closer (yayyy....). They sold their house (thankfully) but I’m going to spend my entire afternoon listening to why the 90+ houses that are for sale in the town they want won’t work.... 🙄 I’m over it. Lol. Glad there was a bit of a positive in last cycle not working. ❤️

*lurking* @inthewoods23 Boo I am sad to see you over here but sounds like maybe for the best scheduling wise? Would this cycle work better with robotics? If so I will root hard for this cycle for you!

@chindimples04 we bought our house 3 minutes from my ILs 🙈 our school district is ranked high nationally so it's a very sought after area. I actually see my parents (who live about an hour 20 from us) more than my ILs.

@legallykate yes this cycle works MUCH better. Even a due at the end of the month would have been better as we'd at least be near home. We do 2 regionals each competition season and the one "home" regional (aka downtown) is usually the 3rd or 4th week in March so that's not a logistical nightmare. If we qualify for the championship, that's at the end of April/early May. So success this cycle would be good since it would be between events, but we might not try that hard for the next cycle should this one not work either. I doubt I would want to travel by coach bus to the championship a week before a due date 😆

R/R: sorry ive been all over the place past two weeks. picking shifts up at the restaurant has been great financially but is draining. DH and i had a date night out tonight which was so nice. im doing mentally well this cycle, much better than anticipated. and trying to keep my optimism in check overall and managing my own expectations going forward. might be more sporadic on here until TWW but thinking of you all!!
GTKY: What is your favorite summer beverage? champagne. hands down. or red sangria as backup!

@asf0613 it was tolerable. They were late after looking at a house (that they put an offer on) so it was only about 2 hours.

Ugh, FF just moved my O day to 3 days ago instead of yesterday, same day as my first OPK. 😩 Guess i’m moving over with little hope....

AF arrived this morning so I’m straddling threads this weekend. 🧵

Month/Cycle: 6/6

CD: 1

WAYDTGKU: HIO during fertile period, temping with Tempdrop, OPKs, CM, seed cycling, prenatal vits, myo-inositol/ d-chiro-inositol (for PCOS), COQ10, Proov testing, and starting progesterone supplementation in LP this month *runs out of breath*

R/R: I am happy that AF is here (sounds backwards, doesn’t it?) since I’ve got a bunch of testing and appointments lined up this month (a specialist OB in my own clinic and 2 REs to discuss steps beyond). I learned a lot last month and I think seed cycling is helping with my natural hormone production... LP is now 12 days! Now need to raise those progesterone levels and hopefully that’ll help with implantation. 🤞🏻

GTKY: a chilled glass of sauv blanc 🤤. I’ve also discovered a pretty decent line of n/a beers (from Athletic Brewing Company) that both DH and I drink while we’re ttc.

CS/Q: DH has “lazy” swimmers (below ref range for both count and motility, but not too much) and I’m wondering if fertility lube helps with that. Or if it’s just works for dryness in lieu of regular lube.

R/R: Based on history I think there is a good chance O may be at any time now. So I will probably hang here until Wednesday and then head over to TWW. DH and I decided to cancel our hotel plans for this coming holiday weekend.

I'm so sad that all of our plans for the Holiday have been cancelled but Houston is imploding right now and I don't think it's wise for us to go to a hotel where we be around people and won't really be wearing a mask (while in the pool). We will probably go look at cars together during the day on Thursday though because we will both have the day off. So not the most excited day date but my lease is up at the end of September and I need to start narrowing down my options.
GTKY: What is your favorite summer beverage? Non-Alcoholic: I love iced coffee and Iced chai tea lattes. Alcoholic: I like a "John Daily" (an Arnold Palmer with vodka)

@acleverusername Pre-seed lubricant is supposed to help with motility compared to regular lube which can limit sperm motility.

@acleverusername just seeing this comment now. They are moving about 1 hr and 10 minutes closer, so not crazy. They will be 30-40 minutes away now. I can get along with them but our values are just so different and she’s very helicoptery even though DH is 26. I had to teach DH to do a lot of things because she didn’t teach him how to be independent, like how to pay bills and address and envelope. They also glorify alcohol and I come from a long line of addicts, including my dad, so I just don’t find it appealing. They drink just because and MIL is an obnoxious drunk. Well, that was a long enough rant! I also straddled threads over the weekend, in the opposite direction!
