Hypnobabies??

Hey! Has anyone tried Hypnobabies before? I'm on the fence because only the at home class is available right now. I'm hoping to have a natural birth but I'm so nervous. I'm thinking hypnobabies or something like it would help me out. However, it is a bit pricey for something that might not help at all. Looking for feedback

    I’m following here. I listen to this podcast called Happy Homebirths, and Hypnobabies comes up quiet often! Every mom that’s used them, has said great things on the podcast, it’s what made me heavily consider it. I’m doing a Homebirth/water birth with my midwife who has had experience with Hypnobabies before, she recommends it also. But you are right, with just the Home course being available, and it being pricey, it’s hard to justify.
