R/R: How is it CD 10 already?? I guess it’s time to get this party started! We had a pretty exciting weekend - we adopted a 6 month old puppy! I’ll post a pic in randoms. We have been looking for awhile but everyone wants a dog right now and we were never fast enough. The stars aligned this weekend and we found our perfect match. Technically it’s a 2 week “foster to adopt” but we already know he’s ours ❤️

R/R: well we did our first visit since this whole covid thing started. My parents have been back in the state since the beginning of May but we hadn't seen them yet cause restrictions only recently started relaxing. They invited us over for dinner yesterday and we decided we were ready to begin seeing people so we went. My sister, brother, SIL, and 2 nephews were there too since they had all gotten together last weekend. It was a ton of fun and I'm so glad we went. I've missed everyone like crazy and we had a lot of laughs together. I had a bit of anxiety leading up to the visit and at the beginning of it but was able to relax and enjoy myself after a bit.

@gingermama29 so glad you got to see family this weekend! I think overall it's a low risk scenario that is definitely outweighed by the benefits.

R/R: rave - trying to enjoy the beautiful day before it gets to 90+ degrees this week. Rant - my OPK's/general fertility. Idk if I have ovulated yet or not. I will post my OPK's in the help thread but my various signs of fertility have been all over the place. Saturday I had EW CM but a barely positive maybe even negative OPK. Sunday I had watery CM but got a high rating from Premom which then went down last night. Today I have sticky CM but I got an even higher OPK, possibly peak? I have a virtual visit consultation with a new OB today so I will see if she is open to doing testing/monitoring next cycle to if this one isn't it for me.

@gingermama29 I'm glad you had a good visit with your family, especially after such a long time of not seeing them.
@krash_ I'm sorry you're having such a confusing cycle. I wish there was a for sure sign that you O'd. Like an audible ding or something. I hope you're able to figure it out soon!

R/R: So I've been reading a lot more lately and I finished a book in like 28 hours. Which is a record for me since I'm typically a really slow reader. Nothing super exciting going on this week except my SIL is coming to visit for the first time since she moved to Idaho. I'm so stoked to finally be able to hang out with her in person. We've been doing FaceTime coffee dates every Friday since she moved and I'm glad we'll be able to do one in person this Friday.

R/R: Ughhhhh I’m so annoyed that I still haven’t O’d!! I am getting some EWCM but according to my OPKs O is nowhere in sight. Really hoping that I get a random jump/surge soon because I am so over this! DH is getting frustrated too, which is hard because there’s literally nothing I can do about it haha

@gingermama29 So glad you were able to see your family and that it was a good time. Sometimes that's just what we need!!
@krash_ Enjoy the beautiful weather!! Sorry the cycle is so confusing, I definitely feel you on that. Good luck with the OB appointment.
@linzrunz Have so much fun with your SIL!! What have you enjoyed reading recently??
@runningoncookies Sorry your cycle is so confusing!! It's hard to know which indicator to base your O off of.

R/R: Sorry I've been so MIA the last few days, did not at all mean to post and vanish!! The virtual conference I did Thursday-Saturday was so wonderful and informative but it was intense in terms of # of hours a day with very few breaks. I did get a chance to relax yesterday with grocery shopping and cleaning up around the apartment. Hubby got me the Mira fertility tracker and I guess I'll start using that today. Trying to be healthy in terms of eating more plants and walking every day. Other than that, nothing is new or exciting!!
CS/Q: no
@linzrunz that’s so exciting that your sister friend is coming!! I know you guys are really close. What book were you reading? And yes this is our first dog. Our parents both have dogs that we consider “ours” but this is the first dog either of us have gotten on our own. So far he is taking it easy on us! (Knock on wood!)
@runningoncookies I’m sorry that your body is also being annoying!! Keep up the BD though!!
@priyadoc im glad you enjoyed the conference! And that you had time to relax. Good for you on the “eating more plants” thing - I really struggle with that!
@bows22 congrats on your new puppy!! So happy it worked out for you!! Hope the adjustment is going well!
@gingermama29 yay for family time! I'm glad you were about to relax and enjoy the time together
@krash_ sorry for the confusion o signals! What did your Dr say about next cycle?
@linzrunz that's great, it must've been a great book! What was it? I am sometimes a slower reader and like doing audiobooks sometimes bc of it. I have a hard time just sitting and reading sometimes so I like audio bc I can be physically busy at the same time. I do most of my reading with my eyes with the tv on bc then I don't feel like I should be doing something else.
@runningoncookies I hope o is soon for you! We get that way too during FW and then usually take a break before the next one LOL
@priyadoc glad your virtual conference went well!! I've been trying to walk too recently, it's too hot for running. I like getting out first thing in the morning- it's so peaceful!
Month/Cycle: 14/12
CD: 9
WAYDTGKU: probably going to start the hio EOD tonight or tomorrow. Doing opks this cycle, BBT, pnv. Made an appt with my ob for next week to go over next steps.
R/R: I've been taking an online class for grad credit and it's go at your own pace. I'm done all the work except for the final project and I am procrastinating bad. This weekend I literally did yardwork all day both days just so I could use it as an excuse, and today spent all day out of the house at work and doing errands. I'm hoping to be done by the end of the week so I need to buckle down! It's about bias in education, so super important and timely. Just hard to spend a lot of time doing at once especially as I'm following the news.
CS/Q: nothing to really see!
@krash_ I'm sorry your cycle is so confusing. I hope you get some clarity soon.
@linzrunz oooh what are you reading?? And yay for SIL visiting! Have fun!!
@runningoncookies come on O!! Sorry things are all over the place with your body's signals. Hopefully you'll O ASAP!
@priyadoc I've been bad about posting and ghosting lately too. Glad your virtual conference was so informative and interesting.
@_orchid_ ooh that class sounds really interesting! Good luck with the final project! I'm am an expert procrastinator so I feel your pain.
