Afm, I had to take a social media break for a bit. With everything happening in the world and how powerless I feel, seeing things online wasn’t helping. My anxiety was spiking multiple times a day, and that’s just not good for me. So I took a break and have been trying to remind myself to step away when it gets to be too overwhelming.
