Re: June Workouts and Mindfulness
What are you doing for your mental health? Trying to get outside for my workouts! That helps so much.
What mindfulness practices are you doing? Meditating every day. I'm thinking of switching from Headspace to Waking Up, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. It's silly, but I don't want to break my meditation streak that I have in Headspace by switching to a new app (~200 days). Even though I'd still be keeping the streak up with the new app.
Do you have any questions for the board? I don't think so!
What are you doing for your mental health? I'm just trying not to stress out over work. Everything is out of my control so I'm just taking it one day at a time.
What mindfulness practices are you doing? Nothing really, I make sure I get to unwind after my Son goes to bed, lots of candles and quiet.
Do you have any questions for the board? Anyone find maternity active or bike shorts?
my Pilates pregnancy program the bump method! And lots and lots of walks every day!
What are you doing for your mental health?
still meditating and trying to get my naps in when needed!
What mindfulness practices are you doing? Getting outdoors being with nature
Do you have any questions for the board? Anyone else feeling like they finally have more energy to get a workout in? Because I definitely am!
What physical workouts are you doing?
Running, strength training (body weight and resistance band based), yoga
What are you doing for your mental health?
Not doing so hot in this area. I should be doing mindfulness more...

Do you have any questions for the board?
I’ve been trying to do some interval work while running but also not trying to get too winded (as per pregnancy workout recs) but I get so winded doing anything! For those of you who cycle, are you still doing interval based workouts and how have you adapted?
