Trigger shot + OPK question

Hello,
Recently started assisted conception and have completed taking letrozole (day 5-10), waited until doctor said to give trigger shot (Pregnyl) and had timed intercourse 36 hours later. Its been about 48 hours since the Pregnyl was administered and OPK is showing low levels of LH. Does anyone have experience with what the OPK tests should show after a trigger shot? I was assuming it would show results..
