What workouts are you doing? I’m finally sticking to doing a few barre workouts at home each week. I’m skipping most of the abdominal stuff and I usually don’t finish, but it’s something. We’ve also been taking a family walk after dinner most nights.
What workouts did you enjoy before pregnancy? Barre and cardio at the gym in addition to walks with my son. My barre studio opened back up again and while I’m still too paranoid to attend in person, I want to be able to feel like I can go back somewhat confidently.
What is your weekly goal? Just getting some form of workout in each day. It makes me feel better and more like myself. I finally ordered some maternity leggings because my normal ones were barely holding on anymore!
What workouts are you doing? I am doing GlowBodyPT's Prenantal Workout Program and Prenatal Yoga. Hoping to be released from workout restrictions tomorrow so I can add a little bit more cardio back into my routine.
What workouts did you enjoy before pregnancy? High intensity, heavy weight lifting routines. I work out at home for convenience and am a BIG fan of Beachbody. I have completed a ton of their programs, but Morning Meltdown 100 got me into the best shape before vacation last year when I doubled up on workouts each day and did all 100 workouts in 60 days.
What is your weekly goal? To keep moving and keep my weight gain under control. I was a little "off" last week and I felt it. So making sure I close all the rings on my watch everyday and continue to eat sensibly.

What workouts did you enjoy before pregnancy? Before pregnancy I loved to cycle, run, and do strength training. I’m a group exercise instructor and I used to teach water exercise 3x a week before we closed in March due to covid.
What is your weekly goal? My weekly goal this week is to walk every day and do some free weight exercises 2x.
What workouts are you doing? I'm trying to run or walk 2-3 times a week. I'd like to get more in, but motivation is so not there when I get home at 5:30.
What workouts did you enjoy before pregnancy? I was consistently running at least 7-10 miles/week which isn't a lot but I was making really good progress towards doing another 10k this summer but now it feels like I have to start all over.

What workouts are you doing? Gardening and yard work ~5x/week, which is mostly squatting, lifting/carrying, and holding weird positions. Plus walking on the treadmill for an episode of Hell’s Kitchen. The combination of Ramsey’s yelling (“You move slower than a sea turtle giving birth!”) and the food seem to motivate me.
What workouts did you enjoy before pregnancy? I ran a 10k last fall and after that didn’t do much other than occasional hiking, sporadic yoga, and a bit of rock climbing.
What is your weekly goal? I want to get back into yoga. I’ve noticed that walking leaves me with soreness at the top of my inner thighs. I’m hoping some good, targeted stretching can alleviate that.
Doing: walking (pretty much) every day, but even if I don’t walk I do something. Got one of those peloton off-brand bikes (echelon) so I’ve been doing that about 2-3 x a week, some prenatal yoga videos, some barre home classes, and I start prenatal Pilates in the studio this week and a regular barre fusion class in the studio also!
I didn’t work out before pregnancy. Not consistently anyway, but I’ve always been an active person.
weekly goal is to eat sensibly and not gain so much freaking weight. Alas. I’ve already gained a ton of weight - but I always do so 🤷🏼♀️
