Sensitive vs. pro-advance

My daughter started on regular similac I switched her to sensitive because I thought she was spitting up pretty often. Since being in sensitive she poops ALL the time and is still spitting up. Pretty much every diaper change is poop and pretty runny. Would it be better to go back to regular ?
