Ever since moving to the South I have been told that stuffing is called "dressing" if it is outside of the turkey... not sure why it bothers me so much but it is definitely "stuffing" either way! "Dressing" is what goes on a salad

As someone born and raised in the south, I have to disagree 🤣
I feel like my grandma says "dressing" when she means "stuffing," and I do not understand this even a little bit. I don't like it much in either case, but like. What? (She's in Wisconsin, though.)
@bserena Agreed! Stuffing is stuffing whether it's in the turkey or not. I personally RARELY had stuffing actually in the bird since my family wasn't big on turkey, so maybe that's why I feel this way?
UO: I love that the sun is coming out more, but I don't want it to get hot! Today was 85 and that was too much for me. Can we stay in the 60's and 70's please

My UO(?) or local irritant is calling flip flops — slippers (or slippas). Slippers are closed toed and cosy. Flip flops are what you wear to the beach. I swear I come across as ignorant for calling them flip flops. They’re slippas apparently. I call them flip flops.
@name1109 UO = Unpopular Opinion I have never heard of slippas, but growing up we called them thongs, and then I got to high school and was like, wait, those are underwear? So I started calling them flip flops like every one else. 😋
