Baby having a hard time pooping

Hi guys!
i’m a first time mom, and my son is almost 4 months old, he always has a hard time pooping and had a little bit of an anal fissure. Now every time he poops, almost 5 minutes after, he curls up his knees again like he wants to poop again. 
Has anyone else experienced anything like this with their baby?

    Ugh, that sounds awful. My DD is 3 weeks old and dealing with painful gas which causes her to pull her legs up into her chest and bear down hard. Her pediatrician had us put her on a baby probiotic that's supposed to help her digestion. I would recommend talking to your DS's doctor to get ideas if you haven't already. They're there to help you. Good luck.
