Silly question rubbing alcohol and sanitizer

I use sanitizer whenever soap not available, I bite my hangnails, is that dangerous to get in cuts? Also, rubbing alcohol on minor cuts, is that bad? No rude comments, thank you!

    Maybe motivation to stop biting your hang nails? Also, the alcohol in hand sanitizer evaporates very quickly. I think you'll be fine.
