I saw this thread on another BMB and I though it was great! If someone was craving something but wanted a healthier alternative they posted it here and other girls gave them an idea as to why they may be craving it and what they can substitute with! Ie craving mushrooms might mean you need selenium but if you don’t have or don’t want to eat mushroom Brazil nuts could be an alternative!
I have been craving salty foods like crazy! I started brainstorming healthy alternatives before I put together our grocery list. Examples: Pizza = chicken cacciatore with olives and parm Taco Bell tacos = chicken avocado lettuce cups (with TBell hot sauce of course!) ice cream = Greek yogurt parfait or sorbet ice cream
